There is a fake one floating around, just check the links before you log in. And if you don't do that, it's always safe to login with something like "Fuck" as the username and "You" as the password. If you login and it shows "Fuck logged in" at the top, it's a phisher. Not only have you figured that out, but you also told the phisher "Fuck you." Always good to be precautionary.

I don't think that would be a good idea since many new users to phishing stuff will possibly click it. It's pretty obvious though how it would look like compared to the Runescape official site. It would not say runescape.com.
