I really don't care at the moment for the simple reason that I have to do it secretly regardless. If they legalized marijuana, I would still have to do it in secret because my parents / friends' parents flip complete shit when they find out about us smoking pot.

marijuana is not illegal because the government can't tax it. what's stopping them from making it legal and taxing it? i see no barriers preventing it from being taxed.

but my opinion on it being legal or not. i don't smoke but i see no reason for it being illegal. whether its legal or not, the same amount of people will smoke it so why not just make it legal so the government can get money from it? and if it was legal, maybe even less people would smoke it because there are a lot of people out there who smoke it just because its illegal and they think it makes them cool (not saying everybody, or even many people are like this but some definitely are).

not everybody believes God created everything and if he did, murder and disease are ways of population control. if God is great and made everything he would know this would happen and must have thought they were necessary in the world so if you want pot legalized because its God's creation, then murder should be legal and we should stop trying to fight disease as well. also, God allowed those rapists to develop mindsets that make them want to rape little kids so we should make that legal as well i guess.

i still say it should be legal, but this reason is just stupid.

 

And while you're at it, why not legalize date rape & murder, I'd really like to see society flourish then.

should stay illegal and thats final. btw its not just cause government cant make money from it, its also because it would lead to more crimes due to the aftermath of taking pot which im sure most of you know what happens after u take pot
