Jagex Mod Cracking Down on Gold Sellers

Although there are security mechanisms in place the only known way to avoid bans is to use sneaky techniques when transferring gold to other accounts.

Don't ever try to do it the same way everyone lose is doing.

Stray away from the norm and halt activities temporarily when news such as this pops into your feed.

 

Its just sad and actually the rates will go up

been going on since the 13th and it sucks.

 

Hopefully this will get some of that excess gold out of the market.

 

The more they take the more the price goes up I think.

 

Then you are playing into Jagex hands. The closer prices get compared to bonds, the less enticing buying gold becomes, at least to the casual buyer. Don't get intimidated by Jagex. In all likelyhood those names had probably been on the chopping block for a good while. That was likely all they had.

 

its a bluff. no one i know has been banned and ive never been banned.

 

A friend got a mule with 300m banned.... Harsh times...

 

I was. But that's because I dealt with over 10B sales in a few months. Maybe it was a little too much at that span of time?
