    Is an account getting recovered grounds for a refund?
    Hey, a seller sold me a RS3 account that got recovered. He claims that as long as he returns the account, it's not grounds for a refund. Wondering what the official staff stance on this is.

    If you find the account unsafe, you may ask for a refund of the ORIGINAL SALE PRICE, no higher no lower. File a report in the Report a scammer section if this is the case, if you want the account and deem it safe to use just use it, no report needed.

    That rule is a joke. Basically rent free accounts with a fully refundable deposit.
