Account recovered by another seller

Hey all, I was wondering where would I report the name of a rsn username that I recently bought and then it was recovered by another seller? Or speak with an admin or expert on this type of issue? So here is what happened. I bought an account off a reputable seller on sythe (700+ vouches and also said he was original owner). I had access to the account for about a month. Then a couple weeks ago, the account was locked and recovered several days ago. The seller who had access to the account refunded me, so everything is all good there. However, a couple days ago, another seller on sythe (lots of vouches) is selling the same exact account that was recovered from me (who also mentioned he was the original owner). I went undercover and asked the 2nd seller for the username and turns out, it was the same account that was recovered. I have images if required. Because I already got my refund, my intent is not to penalize any of the sellers or get them into trouble. All I really am saying is that whoever has access to this account will recover it. So to prevent others like me from being scam, where would I go to report the username so that everyone will know not to buy the account?
