How much fast food do you eat?

On average once a day probably. Fast food isn't as bad as most people say it is.

 

I would think that he only eats it in Airports because sometimes that is available.

As for me I've been eating way more fast food as of late than I normally do just with shortage of time and being on the go.

I hate eating fast food though as you never feel great about it afterwards, for me it's like an overwhelming sense of guilt.

 

Rarely, i always have breakfast at my house and my lunch at school and my dinner at home.

 

Mostly everyday, Because of school break I go out and there's nothing to eat that;s healthy

 

Once a week maybe. I love fast food but its unhealthy

I used to never eat fast food, then i got a job at Wendy's and everything was 50% off so i ate there like twice a day everyday for almost a year.. went from 135lbs to 190lbs hahaha

 

Not that often. Running dat dere caloric deficit currently.

 

I don't have that guilt feeling. I just feel physically sick. I think it's because my body is not used to that kind of food.

 

Once to twice a week i'd say, occasionally 3 times

 

1-2 times depending on my mood to actually bother cooking something

 

I haven't eaten fast food for at least 6 months? I go out like once to week to different restaurants though. Fast food definitely has the potential to hit the pockets and body hard!

A simple meal prep Sunday nights and I'm good for lunch and dinner until the next Sunday afternoon.

 

Used to grab it once or twice a week (usually Wendy's) on my way home from work. Tastes good at the time but then you feel gross later on. I've been getting into shape again so I haven't touched any fast food in about a month now.

Don't plan on having it anytime soon.

Well, im going on a diet, not eating that much at the moment

Normally, on my way to the skatepark I'll pick up a Italian BMT from subway.

 

Now I'm at university, more than I used to. In highschool I would eat it perhaps once every couple to few months, if that. Now I sometimes do at the university refectory, but I usually try to conserve money and get something healthier (so now it's more like once or twice a month I guess).

I actually think the majority of fast food tastes absolutely awful though. I'd rather go to a good restaurant once a month and pay the same amount as eating fast food every week.
