Soda & Fast food

Probably have 1L of soft drink per month, max. Fast food would be closer to twice per week. Interesting seeing some of the numbers already posted.

 

I almost do not eat Fast food...

 

I eat KFC/Dominos every 1-2 weeks so it honestly depends on how I feel.

 

I buy soda to mix with but otherwise I normally drink a lot of water.

As for fast food I would say I go out once a week, but when I'm at school and
don't have as much time to cook I go out probably 3 times a week.

 

I used to only drink fizzy drinks/caffeine drinks but have since stopped because it's awful for your mouth & insides. Been drinking nothing but fruit drinks/smoothies for about a month now.

I have a takeaway maybe once a week or once every two weeks. I used to have one every lunch time at college though, made me feel very good stopping that habit.

 

I don't like to eat fast food but when you have work and school and not alot of time on your hands you gotta do something. I try to stay away from soda because alot of people say it causes you to break out with acne. It happens, what can you do.

 

I drink soda and eat fast food like ~5 times a year. I mostly eat them during vacations when I'm away from home.

 

I don't remember the last time I ate the typical fast food (mcdonalds, taco bell, etc) it's gross. I do eat unhealthy food though like chips or chocolate. I only drink soda in mixed drinks.

 

I probably do both more than I should. :/

 

Whenever I crave it really.
Once a month or once every few months.
I quit soda all together and get it on rare occasions.
I'm not really that health conscious and forbid fast food in my diet but it doesn't appeal to me as much as it used to

 

Don't eat fast food and I just drink water

 

Fast Food - Once or twice a week
Soda - a few times a week
