Fast food

Everything in moderation - As stated above somewhere. As long as your diet is well balanced and provides nutrition elsewhere - You can't go far wrong.

 

gotta have a giant pepperoni pizza every now and then!

 

No matter what anyone says, I will eat 20pc McNuggets.

 

I eat it probably once a week, usually only get chicken based items as its lowering sodium and not "as" bad for you than the red meat based items. Despite it being extremely unhealthy in most circumstances, I do like the initial taste (aftertaste is gross sometimes) and accessibility when you are in a rush.

 

Don't eat close to as much as @Bogdan, but I eat my fair share. My metabolism is fast so I don't mind.

 

When I leaved up in my college town, I'd stop at Taco Bell literally every day... I actually lost weight.

 

I went through i stage of ordering fast food 3 times a week, I started an addiction then i started putting on weight was scary tbh.

I like most places haha: Chik fil a, Wendy's, Jack in the box, Wataburger, BK, McDonald's (rarely), even gas station food lol.

I eat fast food about once every couple months, i'm pretty busy now but i'm sure once i start going out more and drinking i will eat more. Although i'm pretty healthy.

I can tell if a food 'tastes unhealthy' / I enjoy food more if its healthy which is good.
I do not like excess oil.

Therefore, my favourite fast food is something from Subway.

I tend to get fast food once or twice a month (Mc Donalds usually) But on holidays I eat like a maniac going to fast food restruants like every 2 days I'm on holiday. My mum usually cooks me food which is nice and fresh and contains all the stuff I need ( it's not frozen ) She is also very strict when it comes to fast food so thats another reason why I can't get it too often.

 

I'd eat it now and again, pizza or kebab, tastes great at the time but makes me feel horrible after

I eat fast food at least once a day usually, I mostly eat at chick fil a, Zaxby's, cook out and Wendys. It's retarded how much money I spend a week on eating out but idk how to cook and I don't really care to learn till I finish college and move out.
