How many pull ups can you do? (In a row)

My thoughts too. Also being able to do a ton of pull ups if you're not in shape/130 pounds isn't impressive.

I think I can do around 10 or 15. I don't really do pull ups though unless I'm working on back which is 1x a week if that.

 

I can do a solid 20 with good form.

 

i can do like 15... People saying 30+ lol yall prob don't even go the full extension lol

 

on 18 right now but looking to always improve!

 

I can do roughly 17 dead hang pull-ups with a close grip on a good day. Was training to get to 20 for Marines perfect PT score.

 

On a bad day 0, on a good day about .5

 

i can do around 50 and then i'd be dead!

 

My last marine corps PFT I did 34, max score is 20

 

honestly. cant even do like 5. im not even close to being fat. im a runner, if only my arms are as strong as my legs.

Believe it or not, height has also to do with how many you can do. Very hard to compare yourself to others in terms of how many pull ups you can do. Weight is another factor, muscle resistance, etc.

Personally, idk how many I can do in a row, I've never bothered to count. Then again, I'm not a huge fan of pull ups in the first place (as good as they are).

23 and I've been training to join the military for years and been lifting/steroids since I was 16.

20+ Is competitive scoring for a spec ops program.

I can't tell if everyone's just lying here or are actually that strong - I work out regularly and can only do about 15 in a row... 170 lbs at 6'0 tall. SO idk

Back when i was playing sports in high school and early on in college I could do 31 when I was 165 lbs and working out 5-6 days a week on top of playing sports (did this from sophomore year of high school until my sophomore year in college). Now i can probably do around 8 or 9
