How many hours do you sleep every night?

7-9 hours on the daily, including weekends. I don't need much sleep to function, I am a beast.

 

8-9 always feel so tired -.-

 

8-10 hours every night

 

5 hours at least once a week, each other day it's usually 7 and a few days with 8-10

 

Probably about 7-8 hours/day. My body won't let me sleep

 

pretty much every school night i sleep at like 2 am and wake up at 7 so about 5 hours of sleep per night not really what i want tho i would love to get more sleep but i just dont fall asleep at night!

How do you survive off 4 hours only??

I sleep 6-12 hours it depends on what day it is, if I've worked out or if I have a hangover.

 

6-7. Sometimes 8 when I actually force myself to go to bed early and I can sleep until 7.

 

On the nights I have college.. 6 hours sometimes less.
On weekends usually a few hours more bwcause I can lie in.

But juggling an individual life as well as studies leads to not much sleep, and many all nighters trying to finish assignments. Part of the fun of being in education I guess....

I try to get 8 hours of sleep every night, however, if I can't get 8, I'll go for 6. #cycles

 

Generally 7-8 hours on week days and 4-6 hours on the weekends.

 

4-6 usually, as I procrastinate and leave my homework to do in the morning

 

usually 10-12 hours.

 

I'm glad I'm done with uni now. I use to always be the guy leaving all the assignments to the last minute and then pulling constant all-nighters :\

 

6 to 8 hours weekdays, 8-10 hours weekends.
