How many hours do you sleep every night?

4 weeks I get 8, then 3 months solid I get about 2 :laugh:

By the end of the term I'm so sleep deprived I'm probably walking around the library naked yelling "HAS ANYONE SEEN MY BABY?!"

But seriously, when work and travels get hectic, there are times I'll be lucky to get 4 hours of sleep in a week and eat one meal a day during that time. That 5hour energy booster stuff becomes my friend. I am surprised I haven't developed ulcers in my stomach.

 

4-7 hours, but there are some days where i just sleep randomly for a few hours in the middle of the day

 

6-8, 10-12 if it's been raining, not sure why but it puts me right to sleep. Also sleep longer/better if I take a shower just moments before.

 

I sleep like 6-7 hours every night.

 

7-9 when school days, 10-12 on weekends/holidays

 

8-10 hours, generally. I'm able to sleep 12+ hours at a time without issue if uninterrupted, though.

I tend to get between 6-10 hours each night, depending if I'm busy the previous night or the next day.

 

5 hours Mon-Fri

Saturday - 10 hours

Sunday - 14 hours

 

About 5 hours wish i could sleep longer

 

Sleep schedule is all kinds of fucked up, need to get it sorted. Generally around 7 hours or so though.

 

5-7 hours on weekdays, 6-8 hours on weekends.
I'm not a fan of all-nighters, I prefer to sleep around 11-12.

Sometimes I sleep shorter and don't feel tired, sometimes I sleep longer and feel tired throughout the day. It's strange, but yeah.

 

0. I'm nocturnal. I also abuse the fuck out of various drugs so sleep isn't a priority.


When I do manage to sleep. It's probably an average of 4 hours.

 

I aim for 8+, 6 and lower I become kinda useless for awhile. Coffee helps.

 

7-8 hours most of the time , sometime it happens to sleed 5-6 hours but I'am still fresh

 

Weekdays I aim for 6 hours, but it ends up being around 4 or 5. On weekends it varies, but usually around 9 hours a night

 

Around 7 - 8 hours is my average. I don't require too much.
