Paypal doesn't solve virtual goods. They send the money right back to the buyer.

Also who has time to fill that form out ? It's so long and not needed.

 

Websites are protected by chargebacks with their term of services/forms when they sell gold. This is for the regular users that dont have that. Also, theres always time if you want to be safer.

This only works if it's an attempted reversal of the payment. However if the buyer opens a fraudulent 'non-authorised' dispute, then there's nothing that can be done without implemented anti-fraud systems on your own website.

 

Tbh, I think your guide is pretty ambiguous. But I got your points, this is a good idea, and is better than doing nothing.

Also you should call them, that usually works as well.
