Grave's Cooking Show: How to make scrambled eggs

Today we'll be teaching you how to make the best scrambled eggs. First, you want to start out with a good chunk of butter. Don't use any kind of oil; it's much better with butter. If you are @Sythe then you should use ghee. This adds a little more flavour.




Then, you want to crack the eggs, before heating the pan. You will need at least 8 eggs for this recipe but here I'll be using 12 instead because I'm also eating 4 eggs on the side. I use an untraditional method of cracking the eggs for a few of them so the yolk gets prescrambled.



You want to put a fork in the big chunk of butter and keep moving it around the pan. Practice doing this before turning on the heat, and then turn the heat on to medium-low. It will take you about 3 minutes so make sure you have enough butter. Near the end, you can raise the heat when you only have a little bit of butter left. Sprinkle with salt as much as you want throughout this step: now, you want to get a spatula and turn the heat up to medium high. Scrape the bottom of the pan and move it around, as it starts to harden. When its still jiggly kind of like jello, turn off the heat but leave the eggs in the pan. Flip it around and wait some seconds, it will finish up and then scoop it all up on a plate. Top off with turmeric.


Toast your bread. Now you'll have something like this. Grab a knife and cut it out into a square/rectangle.




On the square piece of eggs, put in your first piece of bread. Use the spatula to flip it over. You can also scoop it but this way you get a nice even chunk.




Now, get a good chunk of mayonnaise. Make sure it's not lite mayonnaise. I like to use a heavy chunk. Don't use the squeezable kind.




Do a nice even squeeze of ketchup after spreading the mayo.




Top if off with a slice of American cheese. It's best to do this while it's still hot so it melts. I like to use two pieces because my bread slices are wider.



Rub any excess mayo off the spoon or whatever utensil you used to spread it, and then grab some Sriracha. Put as much as you want depending on how spicy you want your scrambled eggs.





All set! You've made scrambled eggs.
