    Other relevant trade screenshots: Only this one where I asked where he got the account from, but for extra information the in-game name was suddenly changed(I can't find it on hiscores) and I received no email about changing emails or anything to any of my existing emails. I tried to ask magz to recover but he insists he doesn't understand how runescape works anymore with jagex accounts and such, and refused to attempt a recovery before blocking me. His terms state "I am not liable after this sale to refund because of bans / mutes / disables / or other Jagex rules being broken. I will however, assist in recovering the account if need be." which I understand to only exempt him from the specified things above, not from having my account lost/stolen. I tried to ask where he got the account as well, but he avoided answering several times. His extent of a recovery was attempting to login and saying the password was incorrect, he insists.

    I personally have a bit of history working under magz, so I regret to make this report. I only want my account recovered or equal value back in my original payment method (OSGP). I should also mention I paid him (maybe?) 200m for ranks in his hydrabets discord, I would have to compile our discord messages but that was compensated.

    Hi @Fent0n

    Unfortunately, the trade took place more than two years ago, and as such, per Sythe rules @MAGZ is no longer obligated to assist in recovering the account. Of course, he may still choose to help you if he wishes (and I'd encourage him to do so).

    Edit: there was also a one-month warranty in the ToS which has long expired.
