Get rid of Bus369/Divine already and fix the loopholes he's been using

• DNT people shouldn't be able to get market access back to easily, especially after:
  1. Fake vouching to build up his (fake) reputation
  2. Reported for scamming his own employees
  3. Reported for scamming x2
  4. Reported for attempted scamming
  5. More fake vouches and blackhat activity
  6. Wanting Sythe members to lose their protection
  7. Leaking someone's personal information
  8. Reported for scamming x3
  9. Reported for scamming x4
  10. Reported for scamming his own employees x2
  11. Reported for blackhat x2
  12. Getting bad reviews for his site remove
• Previous DNT people and people who got immediately banned a week beforehand should not be able to get their extremely differently name change approved, when it's clear they're just trying to get away from their bad reputation.
• People shouldn't be able to just request a spam forum ban to retroactively lock threads about them in the spam forum and stop all discussions about them, especially when they've clearly participated in the spam forum in the past.

I fully support this, and it's sad how bus is able pimp out sythe staff damn near every time hes banned and get away with it.

I must agree with Grave on this matter. Special treatment for certain members is what drives these Sythe veterans like Grave away from the site onto bigger and better things. It really feels like all this site has come to is who's willing to pay for it and if you don't you can fuck off.
End this inequity or there won't be any more Sythe to speak of.

 

I'm all for being professional and not just 'getting rid', but members were given infractions here Without clear warning that bus had withdrawn from spam forum.

Such infracted members may have got carried away as it's very easy to go too far with drama, but regardless of this , valuable contributors to this community were unnecessarily punished here.

 

If staff doesn't handle Bus then I'm afraid @Talon will.

There really shouldn't be any exceptions to the rules, with the number of times Bus has been banned/bullshitted he's far over the acceptable limit. He runs a gold site. He should be professional. This is unacceptable.

 

About time Bus369 gets put on blast outside of the spam forum.

He has consistent reports and is still allowed back every time.

I heard SF bans were given out over this? There have been similar incidences, worse in fact, where just a warning PM or a heads up were given, why was that not the case here? If bus withdrew from the SF and that's grounds to have the thread locked and stopped, so be it. Simply notify the participating parties of that and there ya go.

#4 was a APPROVED COUNTER SCAM on chris kane by video which I committed and chris reported me, travis wasent aware of the approval of the counter scam, it was handled and the money given to one of chris kanes victims, report was invalid.
#5 was tossed after a staff discussion, funny u didn't mention that?
#6 was me trying to help account sellers and change the account market so TOS overrode all these stupid account recovery reports(not even a report here!)
#7 you used your own crap ban of me which I googled an address to obtain
#8 Dunworry can confirm, at the time there was a ruling by Sythe saying that when u booted someone off a rental account u could seize whats on it, I spoke to dunworry and video and video shortly after made:
Renters are NOT allowed to keep/seize people's banks

#9 was invalid, if you don't believe me ask blitched, he received his deposit that report was because I was away on vacation for a couple days and he wanted his money back.
#10 Talon made a misreporting in the spreadsheet which showed that 1b rs3 had gone missing, I fired him for it because I believed he stole it, after sythe made his ruling he was refunded without issue and the report tossed.

#12 At the time bad reviews weren't allowed to be posted on sythe, for quite a few years u couldn't downtalk someones business without it being considered harassment/flaming, it was changed after I had the bad review deleted, not before.


I respect the attempt but frankly, out of 12 things you linked only 2 were valid, 1 was pardoned for and 1 was temporary that personally involved you.

It seems like your just linking an overwhelming amount of information portraying me as a "bad guy" when literally ~10 of these 12 reports were tossed or found to be invalid/overruled later on.

This will be my only response, but since you seem to enjoy digging up so much useless/old/tossed out reports I thought I might aswell provide some backstory for you.

You can link whatever you want, if people believe you without knowing any of the discussion and pretense on each report then that's their choice.

P.S- 12 Reports out of over 50,000 trades, I feel like a really unsafe trader with that 0.00024% negative review rate & report rate, if you want I'll even double the amount of reports to 24 and that can give me a 0.00048% negative review rate & report rate.

Just to be clear, I was notified by @Island AFTER I had already created the threads in the spam forum, to not post anything. Then I was infracted twice. I also hear someone's thread that was made MONTHS ago received an infraction, so a retroactive infraction, but it was removed. Someone else was banned over infraction build-up over this.

Are you giving me explicit permission to link whatever I want about you in the spam forum? The thing we're currently getting infracted for?

You've lied directly about talon scamming you multiple times in the past. And Soheil should drop it? You can't even let a fake "scam" go from one of your hard working employees. You still to this day say he scammed you and its down right defamation. You are trying to run from your past but it will always catch up to you bud.

 

Going to ignore the whole withdrawing from SF issue as that doesn't relate to me and my opinion doesn't really matter there. My only issue is that people were banned over this without knowing why. The type of thread is something we have seen time and time again without repercussion, so anything beyond a warning and a thread lock would be inappropriate. They should not be banned because Divine has participated in the spam forum before. If staff chooses to accept the withdrawal from the spam forum, just lock the threads and warn them not to do it again, only subsequent infractions should be punished.

 

I know you feel that this has been one big witch hunt, but be careful when posting self proclaimed statistics. Unless you can document 50,000 trades in your name on the sythe market platform, then your negative percentage rate is invalid as you're combining numbers across multiple platforms to combat the negativity on one.

And before you misread my intentions, I couldn't care less If you're banned or not, I just don't agree with the infractions as it was unclear you withdrew from spam forum

 

Wait, are we really letting people not be mentioned in the spam forum after having partaken in it for years just because their bad business practices are being mentioned? I'm severely disappointed in this decision.

 

Bus is known to pull numbers out of his ass and that negative feedback is highly silenced and the positive feedback might just be himself. He has a million dollar business even though it's not. On his live chat, he's only banned for a brief period of time as a MISTAKE and it will be resolved shortly (aka 2 days is really a month.) It's just all bullshit. He's too used to being like this that he genuinely believes it's a witch hunt.

 

• DNT's are handled on a case-by-case removal via pardons or due to a temporary DNT
• DNT's and previously permanently banned users must wait 6 months before being eligible for a name change. As Bus was temporarily banned, this did not apply to him
• As for the last point, the current spam forum rules dictate that any user not actively participating in the spam forum is eligible to not be "viciously attacked" (its wording) within the spam forum.

Regarding the first one, if a ban/dnt is warranted for a user it will be given and if it is eligible to be removed, it will be.

As for the second, I will expand the requirements on name changes to also include temporarily banned users.

Lastly, I will bring up a discussion with the staff team on what constitutes a "vicious attack." As the rule is very vague, is any thread saying a users name an attack? Or does it have to be something problematic? The rule is incredibly open-ended and we will clear it up. I imagine threads in general involving a user is fine as long as they don't cross the line per-say; but again, that's hard to define.

Edit: Note: There is a difference between a precautionary DNT and a user receiving a DNT due to their pardon failing, but being eligible for a DNT, and other such situations. That would be taken in account.
