Reporting Bus369 for holding a BTC payment/deposit hostage

Explanation of the trade: So this all started out when I first started working with bus. I put down a 285m 07 deposit for both me and my irl friend (who knows very little about rsgp trading). One night I gave my irl friend my mule info since I was going to bed. I was extremely tired and forgot I actually gave the stock to another worker Xoxo. I put two stock transfers down in the spreadsheets because I thought I still had gp to give to my irl friend. Bus is now actually thinking that I scammed 1b rs3 (around $200) when I deposited $285. How would this make sense at all? It was an honest to god mistake on my part, but I shouldn't be accused of scamming..
How they scammed: He is refusing to pay me back the $100 btc I sent him for half of the Rs3 I "scammed" (which I am now refusing to pay since there was no 1b I scammed in the first place) and my 285m 07 deposit. I am requesting this report DOES NOT get put in SL immediately like his last report. I want this seen for the public eye.

Hey Sythe, U absolutely have a formal apology from me, I don't know what talons showed you but let me just start of saying he caused the issue by misreporting.

Last night I fired Talon for scamming 1b rs3.

I'm going to go ahead and show u the entire evidence, if u don't want to deal with it I'm also going to post on his thread to and another staff can.

So, I hired 3 people(Xanax, xoxo,Talon).

Last night I noticed a discrepancy in our spreadsheets where stocks are recorded shown here:

I have to go to bed, its 5;20 am, Honestly I couldn't care about this case.

Sythe as always I'm happy to have u judge the matter.

Talon's leaving and his friend has cost me far far far more than whats being discussed, if u want me to refund the $100 btc I'm perfectly fine doing that.

All I want to say is I checked with people that have been in the industry longer than me, ran the exact scenario by them(which u've seen), and I've submitted everything to you I have, if u feel its inconclusive that's perfectly fine, I found it conclusive enough to fire him.

U can clearly see in my screenshots I would of preferred to keep them on board, which both of them bailed(talon/Xanax) this whole mess was caused by him and now I'm stuck footing the bill + a scam report.

Lost 2 workers, supposedly $200 in rs3 gold, over 60 chats missed a day(12 hours/day not covered), and he left with 0 notice+ took his friend + filed a scam report on me when it was his fault in the first place, I just want this over with I honestly get fucked both ways one way just reimburses me the $200 part.

Sythe is ur business so I understand u may have different burden of proof requirements compared to my little gold site, the proof I had and discussions I had + what his actions showed was enough for me.

I'm perfectly fine refunding this or keeping it based on ur judgement, but I'm 100% going to bed now.

I will not be able to refund him(if u choose that) until later 9/16/16(5;20 am atm) or 9/17/16 as I'll be out & sleeping so like 8-24 hours from now I can tie this up one way or another.

 

Yes Talon gave me 974M, He had 2 recorded 1B stock transfers in a row on the spread but then again on the other hand, Nobody recorded giving him 2B.

Straw gives Talon 634M RS3 at the end of his shift.
Talon (On the same day) Marks it as 1B (Not sure where 366M came from no records)
The next day, Bus gives Talon 1B (I'm just assuming because he had no stock?)
Then the next day, Talon gives me 1B for my shift.

Edit 2: Talon offered to pay Bus the 200$ lost for 1B, Bus wouldn't accept 200$ PayPal so he offered to accept 100$ PayPal & 100$ BTC. Bus received the BTC then spoke to another gold company owner (Pie GP I believe) who recommended him to hold the 100$ BTC & His deposit whilst he audited everything.
When Bus hired us all (Talon/Xanax & Myself) We all agreed to work 1 month and give Bus 1 week notice before quitting and requesting our deposits back.

 

i'd like to add that bus said I wasn't going to get paid for the days I worked, would just like to get that addressed by @Sythe. thank you for dealing with this.

 

i'd like to note that if i'm not on when bus is, @JohnG or @Joshuaag1234 can take my deposit plus the $100 btc from bus. i just want it as quick as possible.

 

Talon violated his workers terms in which he agreed to not enter the RSPS market for 3 months- I received a notification today that he did indeed enter it, ontop of the fact he quit early.

Notice how he had 0 RSPS market threads until quitting? Now he magically has interest in using my own suppliers/sellers against me and becoming competition?

He's completely abused his time at my site beyond belief, u want to talk about market manipulation lol.

He had no reasoning why the entrys were there, he & his friend instantly quit after being accused with no defence, he actually offered to pay the $200 lost which why would you if u weren't guility, he's provided no defensive evidence WHAT-SO-EVER to account for why he made those recordings, he and his friend BOTH left early, and to top it off he's taken my own suppliers and is trying to sell gold in the RSPS market which violates his workers terms.

He would of been fired if he didn't say they were leaving regardless(just being truthful here, since he couldn't give me a reason/proof to backup where the 1b went).

I guess it depends on ur perspective, is quitting right before u know ur going to be fired still "quitting"?

I know different people have diff perspectives.

I probably wont pursue him after thinking about it just because I cba upsetting Sythe, his goodwill is worth more than getting revenge on talon to me imo.


I just want everyone reading this to know, Talongp/Talonsgp handled this in the most poor, despicable way he possibly could of, Not only did HE CAUSE THIS MISTAKE WHICH IM BEING REPORTED FOR, but he ALSO proceeded to provide no defensive evidence, not even as much as an explanation to me, then left me high and dry on my site causing over ~70 hours to open up all of a sudden, and gave me 0 notice he was doing so, then he proceeded to steal my suppliers and is attempting to enter the markets I'm in RIGHT AFTER QUITTING.

I HOPE everyone reading this realizes I handled this disaster caused by Talon as professionally as I could, I got ABSOLUTELY FUCKED over by him and his friend, even if they didn't steal a dime he handled this TERRIBLY, and in the SKETCHYEST WAY POSSIBLE.

All I can say is deal with caution & do not hire him.

I didn't want him to leave that night, I had college 2 hours later, I had been up nearly 3-5 hours trying to help him and understand why that mistake was made, he never gave me any reason...

Perhaps Staff cannot side with me in this case but I just hope u all realize I truly did everything in my power to try to help talon and understand why this happened, him reporting me forced my hand instead of giving me time to audit the other spreads and whatnot(It was my birthday the next day), I will go to my grave believing he stole that 1b rs3.

I've kept my word and upon Sythe's judgement have issued him his $100 btc refund.

 

It may please staff to know Talon & his worker leaving has single handily collapsed rsgoldfund, we haven't operated in 3 days due to a variety of reasons.

I refuse to run it with it only being up 10-12 hours a day, I've also taken into consideration what Sythe said, I don't think I had poor business practices but I've thought about it and decided perhaps my business practices can be improved.

Needless to say I've let everyone who worked for me go, and shut my sites doors until I can properly revaluate what needs to happen with it to make sure its safe & secure for me, my workers & our customers which is my #1 goal.

I never want to deal with a situation like this ever again(even though it was Talons fault).

I do currently still hold talon's/Xanax's 07 deposit of like 280m or something which once this report is concluded they'll receive back.

I've been straight forward and not hidden anything about this disaster u caused, unless it contains information that's personal to you the community should be able to see it, you created a report on me for a mistake you made, if your going to do that you shouldn't be afraid of what the community sees, got something to hide?
