Bus369 Blackhat threats (offsite) --> back to his old ways

First, I would like to say that this is an ongoing collection of evidence. I am still waiting for other evidence relating to Bus369 and a report against him that would convict him of releasing Dark's personal info (Dark is explained below) on rune-server (another black market community). The post was subsequently removed, but I have heard recently that Bus369 was banned from the site. The duration or the reason of the ban is unknown to me, however I can assume with reasonable confidence that if it is not SRB, it is related to the incident aforementioned.

Second, let me say that I have never had a personal relationship with Bus369. This report is purely for the safety and best interest of the Sythe community. Also, the pictures displayed below are not on my Skype, but the user's Skype that is the subject of these threats.

The story is as follows: The user that owns the Skype in the upcoming pictures username on "ArravRSPS" is "Dark," and he is the owner and founder. Bus369 was hired at an agreement for pay which is also pictured below, and this agreement was accepted on the condition that they each did their share of work. Although Dark reported to me that Bus369 did not do nearly as much as he did for the server, Dark reported to me that he had paid him his share of what had been made at the point in time of the firing before removing him from his position.

Bus369's reaction is unprofessional and immature, and shows that he has not changed from his previous ways. For those of you that do not know, you can search "Bus369 sythe ban dispute pardon" on Google and come up with several results relating to several reports on Bus369 along with a couple relating disputes/pardons, including one major pardon which he said that he had changed as a person, and I guess staff fell for his bullshit and unbanned him.

--> Requested a pardon stating that he had "matured" that he isn't the "same person that he used to be" because he used to be addicted to the internet, etc. Yet, here he is threatening a guy who was his friend just a day prior but was forced to remove him from ownership on Arrav because of lack of profability or support from Bus369.

My point in reporting him is not to say "Bus369 has done x, y, z and as such looks like a scammer or black hat, and thus should be banned." My point is to say that he has done x, y, z repeated times throughout the years, always has some kind of cover up story, gets on the good side of mods because he'd never report them, and then turns around and takes advantage of little fish because he knows for a fact he can talk his way out of almost any report.

EDIT: THIS LINK below shows an ADMIN on Arrav confirming that 'Alex' (Bus369's account) was removed from ownership for keeping donations that were supposed to be for the server for himself.
