First time Smoking pot, can someone answer some questions?

Hey guys, first of all, if this is in the wrong section, move it please.

Ok, so i want to smoke weed for the first time, before i do i have some questions.

1. being the first time, how high will i be for roughly?
2. When high, do i have control over what i do, or do i remember what i do?
3. Can you get addicted first hit?
4. How much should i have? bong, joint?


Thank you, i would prefer an answer from someone who has had experience.

 

1. First time you won't get very high, you need to do it 2-3 times for full effect.
2. Yes, and yes. Although your short-time memory could take a hit, you'll remember later.
3. Hell no. It's easier to get addicted to alcohol than weed.
4. Depends on the quality, feel your way.

1: The high will last anywhere between 20-40 minutes.
2: Yes you have full control, you just laugh easier and generally have a better time.
3: No, weed isn't addictive.
4: I started with a joint, which was nice since you gradually get more and more high, as opposed to getting really high really fast.

Alright know this, don't go into it expecting something amazing because then you'll get what I call jackass syndrome where you'll be expecting it to be awesome and your brain will act like you're completely super ripped when you're really not. So you'll be sitting there with your friends or who ever you are going to smoke with acting like you're blazed out of your mind and you'll kill their high.
Don't smoke dirt weed either, it's really not worth it at all. If you're going to smoke, smoke with someone who has good weed.

 

Depends how good weed ya got, if its something with high THC it'll be good. Try white diamond it cuts your throat to get it in ya system quicker. Im Jamaican so like most the men in my family smoke it. So i have it atleast twice a week. First time u wont feel tha good but then after loads you get used to it so just use it when ya wanna have a good time.

1. smoke right and you will get blazed. (too many first timers keep the smoke in their mouths and exhale)
2. i always have control, and i remember what i do. it just seems like i view things in a different perspective.
3. no, and you can't get physically addicted even if you had 10,000 hits.
4. doesn't matter, however i prefer bongs and blunts.

 

1. I've heard stories where some people don't even get high for their first time. I got high on my first time and it was extremely intense, the most intense high I've ever had. My first time was 4 big bong hits and my high lasted 3 hours. 2 hours were very intense, and the 3rd hour was a comedown where I felt out of it but I was in control of myself.

2. On your first time the high will be intense so I would say that for the first two hours of the high you would probably not have good control, but some control yes.

3. No, it's not like crack. Now if you do it once a month, then once a week, then 3 times a week. If you notice a pattern like that then it's going to become an everyday habit eventually. That's what happened to me, so try not to make it a habit unless you like it a lot.

4. Take 3 to 4 big hits off a bong. Reason you shouldn't smoke a joint is because if you smoke a joint incorrectly, which will happen because you're a first timer, you won't get high. When you inhale on a bong it goes straight to your lungs and there's no way of inhaling the smoke incorrectly.

Also, put some ice in your bong water because it cools the smoke and makes the smoke less painful on the lungs. My first time was with a bong and the smoke hurt so much, but with ice it barely hurts and you'll be able to take big hits without the pain.

 

What everyone else said. Just have water and food within reach. Also try listening to your favorite music. It will be 10000000000x better

I have smoked weed for the first time yesterday! But I know a LOT about weed and its effects..

I had dank stuff (STRONNNG WEED) and a homemade bong (youtube that) and I smoked 0.2-0.4 and I coughed A LOT!! First time smoking anything ever! I felt like my head and body were spinning by itself as if someone is controlling me... Things that are funny tend to be funnier.. Your mind keeps asking questions and starts getting creative.. You loose concentration.. Tried to do math, was hard at first but eventually was fun doing it high.. Not willing to study high anytime soon .. You might get happy for no reason and hungry.. Food will taste 2x better.. Music will be 3D and whenever you stare at something you realize every detail on it... Watch TV and you will notice who doesn't and who does KNOW how to act... It's like you are behind the scenes with them and you know what's in their mind..
Oh and you will feel the effects after 10 minutes so don't smoke a lot thinking you didn't smoke enough.. Also, you should be in a safe setting (time and place) and not afraid of something... I was high (well stoned for me though) for 2 hours straight and was tripping for 2 hours, after it became to come down and I had a nice little buzz the whole day so make sure you don't have to drive/do anything important this day...

Yes, YOU WILL REMEMBER... It's not alcohol (safer than alcohol) or acid.. You won't control yourself the first time though.. It will be REALLY HARD but you will be TRIPPING without you even realizing..

Weed is less addictive than coffee. You cannot get addicted after your 100th hit...

If alone, then it's whatever you like smoking from.. Joints wastes weed so if your willing to get high many time then try a homemade bong.. Or just borrow a bong if you can... I got high from 0.2-0.3 of weed in a homemade bong and wasted like 0.1 trying to figure out how to properly light the bong.. A joint will waste a minimum of 0.6 to get you high (or stoned being your first time)...

Bongs, bubblers better than joints. Everyone has ther own opinion though.
