as the topic says, do you believe in Lucid Dreaming, or do you think it's rubbish? I've been doing it for a year now and every time i dream it feels exhilerating. able to defy the laws of gravity and fly, able to do anything.

I believe that there is a such thing as Lucid Dreaming but I don't believe that you can do it in real life.. your topic don't make sense really.. are you asking if we believe that we can do it irl or if that we believe that lucid dreams are real?

You're not actually defying any laws because in dreaming, different laws apply.

I do believe in this, but I do not try to do it.
