    Does anyone have sleep paralysis?

When I was younger I went through a phase in which noises would sound morphed and I would hallucinate frequently upon sleep.
It's not fun at all. I didn't have any form of paralysis although I recall I lifelike dream in which I was glued to the bed and there was a demon near my feet, this was when I was 8 0.o...

lol three pages not even gonna bother reading but yeah. I used to really think it was something paranormal untill I googled it. I talked to someone and it's so bizzare how similar experience it is for everyone. We both hear footseteps at first and then our hearts beat really quick and then BLAM sleep paralaysis gets initiated <_<

I know apparently their is some scientific theory but anyone here think it may be something m,ore then that? o_O

I haven't had a lucid dream yet, time to get raping. I have had Sleep Paralysis before and ever since then I haven't slept on my back.

Sleep on your side = No sleep paralysis.
