Scary Dreams..

Lately ive been having fucked up dreams that are starting to freak me out a bit. Usually i ain't the kind of guy who gets scared of dreams but these ones are messed up.. It's like i can't move and im laying down in my bed (sleep paralysis) and im looking at my hand and it is bleeding and has a huge cut going through it. The more i looked at it the more nastier it started to look and only way i can stop it is if i close my eyes. Right after that dream i woke up and went back to bed just to have another bad dream... It felt like i was awake walking around my bed room (something like sleep paralysis but i can move!) but i always fall over like i can't stand up straight and falling all over the ground.. Then when i make it to go wake someone up the door will shut on my face and i can't seem to push it open....

All those dreams happened last night and im starting to get freaked about it. Through every one of those dreams i was aware i was dreaming and just couldn't get myself out of sleep sorta like i was stuck in the dream. I lost a ton of sleep these past few nights should i go to a doctor if i keep having them?

Also a few nights ago i was in sleep paralysis and i seen something at the end of my bed and a loud screeching noise to follow it all i did was close my eyes tight as hell and didn't dare look at what was at the end of my bed =|
