@Hahanerd depending on where you live you can research there are a lot of places now that make prep meals. Where I live they are like 6-8 usd for one meal which is same if not cheaper then chipotle and stuff.

I also really like the prep meals that most places prepare and you can chose all your items along with weight of each. I like doing 4-6 oz of salmon with brown rice and either asparagus or red diced potatoe.

Chipotle and Subway are actually pretty good places to eat at if you're on the go and don't have time to prep your meals. As for me I prep two of the meals I eat each day at the beginning of the week, it literally takes me a little over an hour and ends up being cheaper and more beneficial that way.

think i'll agree with time to buy, healthier alternatives to fast food are subway salads.
Have a minimum of foods you know are clearly fried, like burgers (patties), fries, etc. try aiming for more vegetarian foods like salads tbh. meats have a higher amount of the unhealthy fats :p happy dieting :)

There is a large amount of companies coming forward that meal prep systems where they even break down macros for you on the containers. A lot of them have pricing options for meal plans, sort of like a college system, where you just stop in.
I'm from the Midwest so Eat Fit Go and and Fuel Fit are really popular here. It's still cheaper to just break it down and every Sunday prep and Wednesday prep for the next few days!

I play soccer i just go to the fitness for abs and legs and easy workouts to remain fit. All i did was eating apples and drink water when i was hungry try to avoid eating large ammounts late since u won't work it off. It takes a while but your body fits in after a certain period of time. Also go for a jog when you have time does not have to be for hours, a 30 min jog will do the job. Stay fit!

The amount of ignorance in this reply is outstanding.

OT: hhn just look up nutrition facts about the place you're at and make sure it fits macros, only bad thing about that is the portions aren't an exact %, but that'd only matter if you were competitively cutting. Also you don't get minerals/vitamins that way for the most part, I'd take a multivitamin if you do that.

Well, Fast food places like burger king sells stuff like tender grill salads, and try drinking water with all your meals, Replacing all the other drinks with water is helpful! i work long hours so i always have to buy my food, so i always buy soul with lots of ground provisions, i stay away from bread and too much oily foods, i mean theres alot of things you can do, you just keep going to the wrong place
