Let's see, look at my brilliant to do list for each day:

1.) Applications, set pending, deny, accept, etc. Get User Ed's to supply reasons to improve quality of each and every User Educator accepted.

2.) Attend to those who desire assistance in both tech forum (if possible), and help and requests. Clean up old threads, keep organized.

3.) Check private forums for ideas, and suggestion areas for methods to improve User Education.

4.) Type up newest ideas, and see what Educators think. If denied, ask for ideas, and if it could work, or if it is just not a good idea. Never let any suggestion go unturned.

5.) Improve User Educators through any means possible. BeFriend each and everyone, leaving no person left out.

6.) Talk old User Educators to return on their terms, and make it work.

7.) Do not let User Education go to shit while Unknown is away. Make SURE the necessary respect is given to the people who spend their time on User Education.

8.) Be open to ideas, and suggestions. Never let any User Educator feel unneeded.

9.) Don't FUCK UP.

10.) Have fun? >.>


That's what I have to remember every day. I have it saved in a notepad in the center of my desktop, titled "Read before you become a Moron". So don't even start with this "Idiot" bull shit.

Furthermore, User Education is advancing, well, was. Until you decided that your mind was more capable than mine. I have been on here everyday, and this is the first place I go when I get up, till I go to bed. I haven't watched T.V. in weeks because I have been brainstorming ideas to improve User Education. Only for you to come back and act like my work is nothing?

Remove my rank when you "have the time". I don't care for it to be honest. It was never about the rank, it was about the learning experience. I have learned a lot, and one is to not give your ideas to a fool who can't come up with his own.

I applaud the Sythe for creating User Education for us to use. I am dismayed when Sythe rejects the brilliant means of which were developed to improve User Education.

Knowledge is about expanding, and being open to new information and new concepts.

Idiocy is about thinking you know everything, and boasting about it.

To all those who helped me while I was working, I thank you. To all those who saw it fit to not jump in, that was probably the best choice. You weren't insulted, and I guess you get off easy.

To the admins and globals that read this, sorry I "Bitch" to much, but that's the only way to get any where with you kids. You honestly don't listen when someone asks, so I put it in a long, planned out thread, which only the female of your staff is smart enough to comment on.. The rest of you can't even go on to agree with the other propositions. Or give reason to why the ideas are shot down.

I'm completely on Unknown on this one, Deacon Frost was horrifying, and he misuses his ideas, for an example: 'Any immature posts with result in demotion', I mean? WTF? He gives me a warning for MY TITLE being immature. A please. Enjoy your new site with Deacon Frost and WoW Blows, RuneScape web sites don't go far.

 

Neither do you so stfu and gtfo, Deacon doesn't go over the top with his idea's he is trying to make user education better for sythe member's. Don't like user education? Then gtfo and request to be de-moted. I didn't go through all the trouble to make my application for user education to fail.

I was gone for a little more than a week in which you decided to completely remodel User Ed according to what you see fit without even considering what I would say. I didn't even look at the ideas, but denied them. You know why? None of it went through me. Sure you are HUE, but that was only temporarily. WS should have made that clear to you.
I'll look through the ideas and then I'll decide. Until then, you will stay demoted. If you want to leave, perfectly fine by me.
