Bots Being Killed!

They've tried multiple times, and even with their big money lawyers they've achieved nothing but taking down sites with RS in the URL name; which obviously hinders nothing. Don't count on it.

 

i'm doubtful that creating a bot for the new frosts will be easy; ovl/turm/max str gear (bandos) on main w/ 99 def, died at least once b/c the "vengeance" effect; and they also have a range attack now

rsbots is only reseller of scripts, has nothing to do with client. impsoft is where client coming from, and they tried multiple times to take snellmans down, no effect :/

 

I went to frost dragons and I looted like 20+ rune sets from bots dying rofl

 

Found this on the RSOF:

"1. They have added a Blue Aura, which seems to randomly activate throughout kills. Can happen more than once a kill as well. This Blue Aura will nullify all damage throughout the time it is up and also can reflect a significant portion of the damage you might've done, back to you. I've hit back over 400s on myself testing this already.

2. Protect Magic/Normal Antifires no longer works. Get a DFS or Super Antifires.

3. They also now use a Range Attack, which switches for a certain number of hits. Not an issue in Melee gear so much, but still worth notifying.

4. Cannons now disappear if you tele out and seem to also be affected by the Aura.

5. Otherwise, Happy frost killing. Rate seem to been have reduced a ton."

Seems like they will be pretty hard to bot now, I might actually try killing them legit if the bones go back up.

 

Jagex couldnt sue all the bot markers, there are to many loop holes in the laws. lol runescape will be forever botted.

This is sorta good news for me atm, considering I just started legiting frosties 2 days ago I was planning on botting it down the road though... damn...

 

wow, good idea from Jagex, they also do random respawns of frost bones which can't actually be picked up, its been done to put bots off further because they'll probably try collecting them.

 

pfft why hate the bots? if it wasnt for botting i wouldnt have been able to get my prayer cape for 200m instead of 400, that right there is enough for me to love botters. GO BOTS GO

 

^ No pride whatsoever. Anyone can bot a stat to 99, but it takes someone to get a stat(s) to 99.

 

r0fl read what it says, i got it for 200m instead of 400m, nothing about botting it is there? in fact 99 prayer is my only legit skill cape, like common how long does it take to guilded alter 20k frosties? not long, and i dont play the game for fun. i sell my profits,

how do you take pride in a game? i could understand if your playing a physical sport such as hockey or soccer your going to take pride in how you play, but runescape?? really?? the last thing that im going to bring up in a conversation is how well i am doing in runescape...the only reason i even started playing this game again after a very long break is for profit.

please inform me what i dont understand? meanwhile i started playing at the end of 2003, and im pretty sure that 2003 is earlier then 2008.

what i said is im happy that i saved myself a good 200m on something i woulda spend it on anyways, then i followed up by saying that the reason i play this game is for profits, and that the last thing on my mind when in a convo with someone is how well i am doing in runescape. what i understand from what i wrote is, that if botting wasnt possible, if it wasnt for me actually making a profit playing, that i sure as hell wouldnt be playing runescape.

all i understand from the comment after my first one was that some people are more attached to the game then others, some people decide to play a computer game, while others enjoy whatever it is they are enjoying.

 

Wow, that's just lazy, just buy the bones or get them yourself, prayer is like the easiest skill to level and yet you bring botting into it.

 

I saw this. I don't personally bot Frosts but I hear it's bad.

The way I look at it: At least they are TRYING to do something about bots.

 

r0fl are you serious? see maybe if you would read the last few posts you would see that i said: I SAVED MYSELF 200M FOR PRAYER BECAUSE OF BOTTERS. not once did i say i botted 99 prayer, and in fact if you would have read i said the opposite, OR DID YOU MISS THE PART THAT SAID PRAYER IS MY ONLY LEGIT CAPE,

and you said why not buy the bones for yourself.. how else did i save myself 200m did some guy just randomly give me 20k frosties?? i wish. from 60-99 pray is 20k frosties. what i am referring too is the fact that when they came out they were 20ke. and sitting at 10.3... HALF THE COST where as my prayer would have cost 400m at 20k ea i bought them for 10.3k for a little over 200m

but i guess if people would actually pay attention in school instead of thinking about runescape, they might have learnt to read.. and before you go ahead and say something more about "you prob run home and do the same" no i gold farm, i bot so that i dont have to sit at a computer for 23 hrs like some people to look bad ass in a computer game, again, if botting was not possible, if there was no profit in runescape, my accounts would still be dormant from the last time i quite.

think i may be time for you to get yourself a pair of reading glasses, either that or just plain pay attention in school and learn to read..
