This wasn't a mistake.
They treated me like shit. They booted me off and wouldn't talk to me until I kept pressing them. They took the word of another customer ultimately fucking me over.

 

How many threads are you going to make about me lol, sounds like me getting unbanned is traumatic for you.

a) We could have handled things better, but either way, a report of breaking our ToS is serious for us, because an account being banned is pretty tragic. A better way to handle it would have been to ask kieran to get off while we investigated, but I guess emotions ran high when we got a report from regular customers (turned out to be false), saying he was breaking our ToS, and our staff immediately kicked him off before any damage could be done.

b)At this point, I actually have nothing against giving kieran 10m from what that other guy left on the account when he was breaking the ToS, before donating the rest to charity. The only thing stopping me from doing this is the double-edged nature of the situation.
1)There's the possibility that he didn't even have the money on it, and taking advantage of the confusion of the situation.
2)Giving him the money would seem like we had knowledge of there being money on the account, which is false.
3)Not giving him the money makes it look like I took the money, which is false.
4)On the positive side, it would look like we made amends.

What's the general opinion on this, should he be reimbursed the money he claims to have had on the account? As I stated, I have no problem doing so, as I don't plan on keeping the money involved in primary situation anyways.


And for those who are wondering about our staff, and who they are, here's a very vague quote from our site:

 

Whole situation is tricky, but the one who was repaid was reported by the two who set him/her up. It was cleared up with sufficient proof, some of which is private but isn't needed to be public for the case.

Also, the photo you listed wasn't even needed. First time i've seen it actually, there was plenty more.

The photo is the original conversation after Eva kicked the guy off the account with the "proof"(turned out to be false proof provided by the two who framed him) of him breaking ToS. He helped us with the dispute against isiah and curtis, and was reimbursed 2x deposit fee, and his renting hour, though I still regret how unprofessional the situation was handled (fear of the account being banned led to rash decision from Eva). Now he's claiming there was an additional 10m on the account when it was banned, that there's no way of proving it was there, which is what I address in my post.
