    back pains?

People who say you should spend less time behind your pc to fix this is pretty much bullshit. IF you just make sure you go out enough and do some streching and hit the gym once or a couple times per week you should be fine.

Main issue than most likely will be that you need a decent chair. I had a lot of backpains before while I am out quite a bit and hit the gym 3 times per week and still a lot of back pains. Investing €425 euros into a new chair seemed ridiculous but actually have no back pains anymore, so I would say worth.

    back pains?

I've had pains for many years and I've gone to the gym regularly 30 minutes to 4 hours daily in those years. Exercise cannot have any relation to my pains. I'm a very fit person.

I do wonder what a different chair might do for me.

    back pains?

I too struggle from a weak back. Personally when my back aches a lot i bend far back as possible (arch back). This relieves some form of tension. Do light weights to train your back and also buy some deep heat cream! I knw thats for muscular pains but heck it helps! Also try this product 'tiger balm'. One more suggestion would be to be to buy a back posture corrector/back support. They are only about $20 but they go a very long way.
    Hope this helps

    Did OP died?

    1. Correct your posture, sitting in a chair for long periods of time is hard on your back.

    2. Exercise daily.

    back pains?

You should probably do stretches and excercise regularly, but if it worsens you should probably consult a doctor though.

Yoga and exercising regularly helps, consult a professional of course but having said that sometimes the doctor will refer you to a specialist and that specialist would advise for surgery in most cases for minors things that don't need it.

Physiotherapy goes a long way too.

    back pains?

I can attest to lower back pain from sitting from for long periods of time.
I went to a chiropractor for help on this because it was getting to be unbearable so they re aligned some stuff in my body and gave me a series of stretches to do.
Has helped out a great deal.

Gymnastics helps a lot with it.
