    awesome. just burnt the piss out of my hand so there wont be any weight lifting for awhile

    Army help.

    If I were in your situation the first thing I would do is work on cardio. Endurance is key to most things. You can add strength training later on. Keep on doing this until you feel comfortable with yourself and then meet with your recruiter ASAP.

    Army help.

    I'm in the navy it's actually not as bad as it seems. What I did was run 1-2 miles every OTHER day until you can run the 1-2 miles straight without stopping. (Yeah I was out of shape so it took me almost 2 months.) And eventually youll get used to it. But for the pull ups and such...thats what basic training is for man theyll train you for that kind of stuff. But if at the end you can't make it your SOL. Lol.     cardio is probably the best way to start cutting weight and help you build endurance.

    any idea what MOS you want to do?
