Allow staff to ban evaders when caught

I fully support. Sythe has the biggest marketplace of all major RS forums, and it makes sense that staff members should be trusted with a greater level of authority to better moderate it. Whether or not catching ban-evaders is effective at preventing scams is another question entirely. No staff member will be obliged to spend their time at it. They should at least be given the option to take action if they spot an obvious ban evader.

 

Staff are now given the permission to DNT users who ban evade, therefore this suggestion has sort of been accepted and I will make sure we keep having this permission. Closed & accepted.
