Report a Ban Evader section?

I can't think of any way to automate something like this, as I said, there are cases where a ban evaders IPs don't match completely and requires further research by a moderator. If we made it automatic, it would toss away those reports and they would never get looked at.

 

Blupig had an idea of doing the automation, but I think he never did it or it ended up not being possible. I agree with Corey though; even reports with no proof at all other than an angry poster warrant a quick evader check.
