    Yeah I understood what you meant, and an example could go like this - You become a worker at my service (go through all the stuff, deposit and such) then a customer adds you and goes with you instead of the service, even though my thread says to.

    Typically workers direct them to you, this may be different for others though.

    So then, you're receiving vouches for workers doing outsourced work but taking no responsibility if they scam under your company name even though they were contacted as a worker through your site, but without your involvement? Hopefully i'm understanding this correctly.

    Or do you mean if a customer contacts a worker and the worker does the job indepedently away from your company? Then why would you in any way be involved in that. Are they even your worker anymore? Shoudn't they have their own services thread and be building their own reputation and having their own TOS?

    Whilst you cant seem to think you got an answer you actually did, if the customer goes to the worker instead of via the owner (which they should) then the owner isn't responsible.

    Sorry i'm stupid as fuck & genuinely am tryin to understand haha, so you mean you are going to explicitly state in your TOS that customers should not be contacting workers directly by any means and that all orders must be delegated by ONLY you. E.g. you direct the customer to which worker will be taking their order and they then add that workers Skype from that?

    Well tbh if you trust your workers then they should be telling you if they're completing an order, by listing their skypes and names on your thread at all you are taking responsibility for their actions regardless if a customer contacts you or them first and you should have a level of trust in them to list them as workers for your company at all.

    I don't understand how you passing a customers information along to a worker, and a worker taking the order and receiving the same information changes the matter at all. Assuming customers follow your TOS e.g. don't leave extra wealth on the account etcetc (i'm not sure of your policies directly), then why does it matter if you're the "middle man" who passes the order along. If they wanna scam then they'll scam regardless of your involvement. idk

    Edit: By this I mean you as a company owner should still be liable for the actions your workers took while using your company name, regardless of who added who first

    A rule was already added regarding telling those who use your services that you are outsourcing work.
