Amount scammed: 300$
Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: tonsofxpowner 1342184270051152024
Proof that it's their Discord: imgur.com They maked 2 servers, one principal for services and the other where they have the private messagges with the trainers Matt is the owner of Tonsofxp
Explanation of the trade: I worked for them for almost a year with no issues, the initial deposit were 100$, but they claim a % to reach the 300$ eventually
How they scammed: One day, the just remove me from trainers, with no further explanation, when i ask, they say that i cleaned an acc, that i worked MONTHS ago, i tell them that is impossible to log in to an account that changed their password, and much less if it was that long ago, but still said that i did it, and dont give me any proof of that, they claimed my deposit for "damages you caused", and kicked the friends that i refeerd
Other relevant trade screenshots: This is what Matt told me when he removed me from trainers, along with a gif with the start of the conversation that proves that that chat is for the trainers imgur.com

@TONS of XP Your attention is required here. Please provide proof to support your withholding of the deposit. Please understand that proof is not just word of mouth and you will need documentation to support such.

TOS: edited (check history)

We don't currently have a formal mechanism that records a trainer explicitly accepting a specific version of our TOS. Our worker TOS are updated from time to time as our procedures change, and new trainers are linked to them and instructed to read them before working with us.

In Waifu's case, we also no longer have the original transcripts, as those channels were migrated and the old transcripts were not retained. Because of that, I can't provide documentation showing him explicitly agreeing to a particular version of the TOS.

I understand that simply having worked with us may not be sufficient proof of acceptance for the purposes of this dispute, so I don't want to represent it as something we can document when we can't.

Regarding the deposit specifically, our TOS also do not contain an explicit clause stating that a worker's deposit can be forfeited or applied against losses in circumstances like this.

If, because of that, the deposit cannot be withheld regardless of the evidence we provided regarding the underlying incident, we're okay with paying the $300 deposit back. We'll take this as a learning experience and implement proper TOS versioning, explicit acceptance records, and clearer deposit terms going forward.

The proof itself does not support this worker is responsible for stealing wealth - so you will need to pay what is owed.

The question/method in which you are obtaining this is being reviewed further amongst staff.

Thanks for resolving & sorry for the delay.

@Waifumao Has, however, received a TWC as the documentation provided does support that after the job was finished you at least were logged into this account -- for an unknown reason.

It's not possible to determine if you were the one who took any wealth, however, as it's been confirmed the password was not changed "for a long time" per @TONS of XP
