   Explanation of the trade:he's got the server in 15-20k of debt somehow with no explanation of where the money has gone even though it is profitable every month. he told me 2 weeks ago along with another admin that he had the deposit money in a separate wallet and when i asked to see it he came clean.
   How they scammed: server is broke and he is using peoples deposit funds to keep it up and running without consent from them. he has no funds to cash out peoples wallets currently in full not to mention the pending ones / if anyone was to request a deposit back / jobs cancelled (which is currently being requested right now in the server)

just to confirm before he says i've ran away with funds, i've took control of funds i had access to currently to ensure people don't get completely fucked. i'm not keeping them for myself and will distrobute what i have as ruled on here.

Currently I can't pay anyone anything, since you withdraw all funds from the wallet & are causing chaos in the server, effectively decided you're done & don't want others to benefit.

 

I took control of our workers insurance money so you can’t use it to fund your own version of the business tycoon. Their money is completely safe but like it shows you claim you have to funds to pay everyone’s wallets and jobs and deposits out at any request yet won’t show any proof of that therefore until something is done I’m keeping control of this to stop the risk of you taking even more of peoples money and throwing it down the drain due to your incompetence and lies

 

Well he's saying apparently i own none of it and i just had a preclaimed title we had no agreement in writing so i guess if that's what he wants to call it that it is true. i never signed any agreement or anything. i just came to help him back when cutter fucked him over. but now ive learnt he's just as bad.

 

i mean i haven't really been around much the last 2 years unless its been to resolve issues. he says i have no rights or anything and just claimed i own x amount of the server when he says i never did. i'm happy for that to be the case considering i'm out now anyways he gave me a couple $100 here and there on rare occasions but he's been claiming to another person that he has been withdrawing 2 grand every month. but when i started to get invovled again recently and learnt what he's actually been doing i've said outright i have nothing to do with this and he tried to make a clause for me to stay silent.

 

i'vve reported the claim of him withdrawing x amount per month and i'll also follow up in a second with him trying to put a clause on me for silence now

 

I mean this kind of says it all he's edited the clause out of an exit agreement he tried to put to me right here i'll try find some other evidence and i'll report it against my post also
