he's been trying to avoid paying a customer a refund on an order for the last 2 weeks because it's $800 that he has to pay out and obviously can't afford it because he wants to pay his friend $5000 out who i wouldn't be surprised at all if he's colluded with the full time.

 

@Bert i've also reported a second imgur on your last post to show that he has also told someone else he has all the deposits separate in a safe place which is clearly a lie

 

why would people be asking for deposits back when they didn't know hes running the server with there money because he has nothing else to use?

at this point you're just bloating the situation for your own gain as shown in a reported post earlier.
you have 0 rights holding things the way you're doing & there are plenty of funds available.
if required by mods i can provide a proof of funds for significantly more than @Stakebaked claims the server needs on the spot

 

until this is resolved i'd request the server to be held on a discord account under control of a mod for that sake
same goes for the funds you are holding.

That’s fine I’ll sort it out later today when I get home. He’s also stepping down as owner of the business, amlundir is taking over the business which I’m totally fine with. He’s the only competent person in this situation so I’ll be transferring everything over to him later today.
