he's been trying to avoid paying a customer a refund on an order for the last 2 weeks because it's $800 that he has to pay out and obviously can't afford it because he wants to pay his friend $5000 out who i wouldn't be surprised at all if he's colluded with the full time.

How many WORKERS/STAFF have asked for their deposit back? Has Primal avoided or denied paying any of them?

Is there any evidence of a customer asking for a refund of $800 for 2 weeks and being denied payment?

you're not
at this point you're just bloating the situation for your own gain as shown in a reported post earlier.
you have 0 rights holding things the way you're doing & there are plenty of funds available.
if required by mods i can provide a proof of funds for significantly more than @Stakebaked claims the server needs on the spot

 

until this is resolved i'd request the server to be held on a discord account under control of a mod for that sake
same goes for the funds you are holding.

After discussion with the staff team, it has been decided that @Stakebaked will have to transfer all the funds that have been withheld from @Primal, along with transferring ownership of the Discord server.

The evidence submitted by @Stakebaked is insufficient to back up the claims being made.

Due to the money being withheld, I will be placing a DNT on @Stakebaked until this has been resolved.

@Primal @Stakebaked please let me know when the issue is resolved.

 

That’s fine I’ll sort it out later today when I get home. He’s also stepping down as owner of the business, amlundir is taking over the business which I’m totally fine with. He’s the only competent person in this situation so I’ll be transferring everything over to him later today.
