You have still not provided a VALID reason for my ban. I have not done anything inside the discord to warrant a ban. Me posting a video from your YouTube in a PRIVATE group chat is not leaking IRL shit.

You cannot just make me pay weeklies, and then ban me for breaking some made-up rule.

 

Here is a link to one of the previous reports. Notice Ment apolozies for blaming James (Touch) and Wolf. Now since he's admitting it wasnt their fault shouldnt they be obligated to receive a refund?

I know there isnt bullet proof evidence showing ment removed the gold but theres enough circumstansial evidence to remove him. He partnered up with two users and both users had their gold removed. A little while later ment claims the accounts have been wiped again and knows it couldnt of been touch or wolf. So he concludes it was the scripter and apologizes. After apologizing he attempts to get back into ddyce (While having his own Clan mind you) A clan he collected buy ins and weeklies to host... After admitting and apolozing his mistakes we told him to kick rocks. He's previously scammed a blue phat many years ago and we felt enough was enough. There was no reason to bring back someone so sketchy and stupid all wrapped into one person. Once people went back to check the staking sessions they were supposed to record ment deleted them. He also deleted messages he sent in their 3 way staking skype chat. We believe ment is responsible for refunding wolf the 400 dollar buy in and his 500m he initially put in to fund the accounts. Ment has admitted it wasnt these users fault and after 4 total hackings he finally figured out he hired a scumbag scripter who made bank off of ments unhuman amount of stupidity. I believe ment is a danger to the community. He collects users payment/irl info and has no ability to protect it. He has 0 knowledge of anything other than snorting a line of coke. (probably baking soda tbh) He's had multiple (hackings) and multiple users have suffered because of it. The kid is literally a meme



I've messaged touch and asked him to give me everything he has as well. Im pretty sure he's in school right now but I'll relay w/e I can get from him as well. Its time we take the trash out.

 

At this point, it is incredible that Mentarley is allowed to continue business on Sythe. Just looking up his name brings up several reports.

At this point, Mentarley is quitting. I completely feel as if this is an exit scam, and he is going to run with everyone’s money. I expect payback, or a ban for Mentarley.

 

No one is entitled to a refund. It's all stated in my first post.

 

I can pay @Replica GK Owner 10m 07 for a graphic he made that I didn't end up using.

 

Banning someone from a service they paid for without a standard notice upfront, especially after they did NOTHING wrong, isn't just downright unethical, I am pretty sure it's against multiple laws.

You haven taken our money as we paid for a service. You have not provided that service.

Nova and Alex both paid for this whole week. You have shut down your discord, so you should be refunding their weeklies also.

 

But for the hosts filing this weekly fee scam report. You pay your weekly after you've completed your weeks hosting. This was installed very early on. And people continued to pay it. So if you think you paid and got kicked your actually wrong. By staying up until the friday actually meant you'd served another week meaning weekly was due.

These were sent to me by Touch aka James. I highly doubt anyone gets repaid tbh. Im pretty sure ment blew w/e money he had up his nose by now. He's done so many different sketchy things over the last few years. Eventually something will stick. For the love of god please dont be stupid enough to trust anything he owns or operates. It's only a matter of time before he cash's out and takes what he can. GL and god bless those who have been fucked by this animal.

As seen in the photo above, you state that you pay at the start of the 3rd week, and the first two are free. This means you are PAYING at the beginning of the week for that week.

I was contacted by a host of HydraBets asking me if I'de sell them the server and the bots. After trying to talk to them this is the logic, behind them betraying me. Leaving the clan for another. And wondering why they all got kicked. I've submitted voice recordings to Video of me and a person that helped me uncover their plans. While the boot was happening, as their dispute holds no substance they've retreated to blackmail. This is a complete Joke after everything I've done for them. To see them scoop this is sickening. It's by one spastic that's putting misty thoughts into kids heads with no actual depth.

 

Voice recordings are not valid proof if so, I have voice recording of the whole voice call we had when you accepted the terms.
