Keys got realtered to 10% commission.
Rework of weeklies put into %. I responded has to be discussed. Never was. So old system sticks.
Not raging for no reason. For a start, I'm your boss you don't dictate how I act. And I think conspiring to run off with the clan. Is more than an excuse for any sane person to lose their mind.
Upgrade the maxes. I did this for you guys at no extra expense

Xian would not return BPLs 800m. And Bpls reaction to this was nope nope nope. So that's what caused alot of the issues your seeing now.

I pleaded with Bpl over voice to take his 800m back he wouldn't. Another time bpl has defied me. Leading to the kick. Just to put my self in the clear. If naz/xian for whatever reason doesn't return the 800m to him. I suggested Bpl give up the game. When I saw how righteous he acted about this situation. Saying that it's his money and he should be allowed to do what he wants with it. I didn't back down as it's on my head. And in return woke up to see all hosts on strike.



34m that's owed by @jacco96 which should be pursued but hey. I know you guys have alot to do.
And the weeklies are set like this: You join the clan. You get 2 weeks free of weeklies. Then at the start of your 3rd you are expected to pay each friday. And seeing you all completed your week, then left the day it was due to be paid. The following money is owed:

Xian/naz: 25m (as 20m has already been deducted from the 20m paid to OSRSService)
Bpl: 45m
Bushhy: 15m
Jd: 15m
Woon: 20m
Haantje: 34m (from splits money he made for me and him).








Besides what type of clan would I be to say oh yeah mate come and be a host for 3 months. And if you don't like it you can get a refund. Let me also add most people appealing this made a bill plus 07. and paid for there ranks with their earnings as they went. So if you can't handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen. Personally, I can't handle fake people. And mushr00m tom if your reading this report. That hurt a fuck ton.

Alright, since you decided to put me in those screenshots;

The "conspiracy" you are talking about is nothing we didn't tell you, we told you either shit changes or we out, we gave you an ultimatum as a team, which you decided to accept, hence the screenshots of the contract which you broke. This jeopordizes your credability.

The keys you got right now are set at 10%? Oh I recall you spitting out there that between 11-12% was more accurate, more shady shit on your adress.

The deal we made was to revamp the weekly system in a way that the hosts would've given out a % of what they made in profits that week, which means that you would've had a reason for staying involved with the discord, which you neglected, since you have proven to be a 28 y/o dude who isn't capabel of managing his time, who isn't capable of debating, because you're too fed up with yourself.

The money you're saying I owe you is false aswell since with the split system i was down, so let's get your maths right before throwing anything out there falsly.

The fact that you allowed Bpl, Xian to loan each other 800m. And didn't feel the need to inform me of this. Just confirms I put the wrong person in charge. Your spitting out random hatred reread the terms and conditions of your contract. Did I agree to anything that didn't happen? Everything your saying didn't happen did, if it didn't prove it otherwise I see no evidence to say the contract wasn't followed through. Your actions were driven by greed and hate. And now you've ruined it for everyone, they'll see how stupid it was to leave in time. Then you may feel rather silly, I know I would. Anyways thanks for setting me free. You're holding me accountable over 2 hosts lending each other money, which you didn't specify within the hosting rules, which means YOU failed as an owner, which isn't your first time failing. You're saying I was the wrong person in charge, however I got nothing but positivity from the team about my involvement with them, that's why they've declared themselves loyal to me, not you.

You have confirmed to reworking the weeklies, but in stead of giving hosts a fair weekly you were a money hungry cunt and kept it the way it was, so you are the one stepping over a contract, not me. Besides that, up untill the moment we got banned, you did not stop being paranoia, hence the conspiracy theory you're trying to claim we had, you did not put an house edge on the boxes and the dice percentages (55/45) stayed how they were.

You must have a god complex by putting the blame on me while you managed to get a whole staff team on strike by your lack of involvement and your unwillingness to listen and talk shit over. Your solution was to yell and that's what came back to bite you in the ass. You're saying my actions were driven by greed and hate, however you are the one coming to ask people for weeklies, which weren't on terms with the money they made, neither with the demands you agreed to; that's the definition of greed right there. You're speaking about hate while my intentions towards the server were always clear and without gaining any benefit of it.

You are full of yourself, it shows in everything you say, you have no way of taking the time to analyse your strong and weak sides, the way you behaved has driven a great team of hard working people to the exit.

I have now been banned for a second time from Mentarley's discord. This second ban was expected as we now have this scam report open.

Regarding my first ban :

I was banned from Mentarley's discord after paying my weekly fee. I was banned for posting a video from HIS youtube channel under his RS name. I can only assume he is embarrassed by the way he acts in the video. I posted this video in a PRIVATE host group chat. As you can see in the post below, Mentarley banned me right after I posted the video.



This ban was unfair as it was not breaking ANY rules in the Discord channel, or any of the rules that we agreed to when purchasing host rank. I lost that whole weekly due to the ban.

The message I received from Mentarley :



After this happened, Mentarley continued to post on Twitter, and announcements on his discord that I was banned for "Serious Offense". This caused people to PM me all the time asking if I was a scammer, or stuff like that. He basically slandered my name because he knew he was in the wrong.

I am seeking compensation for the weekly that I paid and then was banned, and for the price of the GP that I paid for my host rank. This is only a fraction of the amount of GP I lost continuing to believe Mentarley was wanting to help his hosts make money, when in the end he just wanted to profit. As a low-tier host, with a 5m max bet, I lost over 450m in 2 months.

Mentarley will continue to say that we were "conspiring against him". We had no intention to leave at the beginning. The hosts went on strike because Mentarley would not respond to messages or concerns from his staff, and would only get reply when he wanted us to pay weeklies. He had no regard for any of his staff members well-being, and was just in it for the money.

Yes, we threatened to create our own gambling discord. This was because no matter what was said to Mentarley, we were met with blatant disrespect. If we brought anything up to him, he would get mad, tell us he is the owner, and that we need to do what he says or get out.

 

@Gen i want to request another admin to vieuw this scam report since video and ment are friends, the report isn't handled fair, can you have a look at it? ty!

I will agree with @Replica GK Owner. Video is involved in Mentarley's discord, and will be unable to give an unbiased opinion of the dispute.

Ahh, I knew you were sending me messages for a reason. Wonder why my responses seem so trollish? You banned me for it the first time, even when it was not a rule, or even a spoken rule. I was banned for posting the video even thought the video had been posted in THE SAME GROUP that I posted it in, without those people getting repercussions.

Asking me why I made a dispute against you? It is posted above. Your blatant disregard for anything someone tries to do for you is insane. You refuse to listen to anything people try to tell you, and just dismiss people if they do not agree with you. You lost your whole staff team because everyone realized that you do not care for them.

You can be mad at Haant, or Apple, or BPL or anyone else. You can try to pin the blame on someone else. It does not matter what you try to say. You lost your staff team because we work as a team. You were against that team from the moment I joined. We came back to host on good faith that you would continue to follow through with your promises. You followed through on a few of them, but completely avoided the others.

Not a single one of the low-tier hosts have made money. I personally am down close to 450m. Woon is down over 300m. JD, who is a new host, is down close to 100m. Of course its a gambling discord, so sometimes hosts lost, and sometimes the better loses. However, you continued to try to milk money our of your hosts even when they were down. You upped our weeklies, the week we started losing money. You want us to fund YOUR giveaways, and you do not even care about what we say.

Personally, I believe this dispute should be based off the first post. The rest has no evidence to back any claims and is not explained.

As you stated the weeklies are due at the START of the 3rd week, by this you're saying that week in MG go from friday to friday, the hosts didn't want to continue/got banned so didn't pay.
