I got scammed for my college tuition

I saw this report and used the staking information within to go staking, mentarley said he had a way to get pid every stake. I used this method but my opponent had pid (first hit) 10 times in a row, did he scam me? I lost because of not having first hit 7 out of these 10 stakes
I lost my college tuition(7b 07 gp)
How they scammed: so he told shawn he would have pid every time and because he told shawn I thought I would have first hit every time as well but no.. he gave us false information that wasn't accurate which resulted into me losing my bank I am looking for justice initially I didn't know if he scammed me or not but a good member in the sythe community @mrking told me in discord to post a report.
I am owed 14b 07 gp but I will accept my 7b buy-in. I think that is reasonable
