Ah your last resort, let's get that out of the way aswell, shouldn't we?

You were contacted by one of our hosts after you put up an announcement, posted in here earlier, saying you were going to sell the discord. So I don't see how this affects anything said before.

You did not try to talk to us, all you did was trying to get us to release sensitive information, which we didn't do whatsoever, which tells me that this is your last resort to safe youself.

We didn't betray you, you betrayed us, failing to follow the contract you had with us, failing to stay in contact with your team, failing to be able to have a normal conversation and mostly: failing to be a decent human being.

You were well aware of our plans, you knew from the moment you signed that contract that if you failed to meet the set demands we would find a new place to work with a team that actually is dedicated, something you neglected for a long time.

You claim this is blackmail, however I've talked to one of your former employees who's stated that you were selling the discord at a price of "probably $500". This is in no way blackmail as the intended way was that this would cover most of the costs of the mills you scammed of the people who decided to leave a childish and most of all idiotic person, you.

You keep pointing your finger at everyone, but in the end people could see this in 2 ways:

1: You are a dicatator, emotional instable as fuck and most of all a scamming, shady snake.

2: You got outclassed by the "spastic"

As clearly seen in this picture Mentarley showed willingness to negotiate terms when the sythe report would be taken down.

Second thing you see at the bottom of the screenshot; Ment wanted to make a group chat with us all, however I am not sure who he is referring to with "all" in this screen, however, he sent me this:

This time referring to Apple and Me, Apple who is an ex-admin of the former gambling discord Mentarley gold just like myself.

This shows clearly his ill intentions towards making this a group channel in which he tried to get sensitive information out of both of us.

Oh and @Mentarley please.... work on your grammar, it's about as bad as your management skills are...

 

I didn't want to be brought into this report but it seems I was thrust into it and thus I will share my opinion.

This report has continued for too long now and I feel we are getting no where without a Sythe Admin coming and reviewing this report and delivering a verdict after careful looking through each detail.

This I feel at this point would be fair to both parties and would stop wasting everyone's time.

In this report I was referred to as "Alex, MG Alex & HB Alex" to make it clear I am no longer part of MG due to the team leaving, which had supported me all the way through

 

From what alex has said. I don't feel the need to whine about a few hundred bucks. If it's taking a while to see who's owed what I'm happy walking away from this without my debt paid that @jacco96 owes.

 

As with similar reports, unless specific agreements were made regarding terms/duration of hiring the person doing the hiring is free to fire whomever they want for whatever reason. Before buying into a job, make sure you get what terms you are expecting in writing. Otherwise you are at the complete mercy of the person who hired you.

@video @Mentarley Should pay 20m debts back to xian, my 10m + the rank price of woon since woon still was host rank while ment decided to shut he's discord down, so basiclly ment promised a good adventure to woon, woon thought alright lets pay 100m, but ment ended the adventure so he should refund the 100m that would be logic. Also ment should refund Nova and alex there weeklies which were paid last friday (45m each), they to be able to host this week but discord has been shut down so it also would be logic if they get refunded aswell.
SO, 20m + 10m + 100m + 45m + 45m brings us on a total refund of 220m!

You still owe alex and nova 45m each cause the weeklies and woons 100m since he paid for a rank, you closed the discord while he still was a host, so you should refund that aswell! so thats 190m total!

 

Just a bit of history about the kid that's trying to slander my name:

Capri Sun owner of Gamble King teamed up with a partner called Chix. It was Chix job to code the bots and capris to look after sales, and customers needs. While going on a shit streak Capri and chix both found they didn't have enough money to pay out the customers. So, in turn, Capri shut down the discord and no one got paid till this day. Luckily for me I took it upon my self to investigate this, as Capri proved to be an asset to the team, at the time. And figure out just what happened. The conclusion being yeah he is liable to pay them, but if he needs time to pay them. He can continue to hang around with us until he does so. However this never happened and till this day, Capri is hated by most and poses a risk to anyone he hangs around with.

The announcement that Gamble King discord will be shut down:
Capri claims if he finds a way to view everyone's wallet that he'll repay everyone in his got to run message. But he does have this information and it's sent from the account he used in Gamble King:

In my efforts to try and figure out what happened with Gamble King and why they no longer exist. I had Capri share his screen with me. To show all the messages between him and Chix. The conclusion came back positive, Capri was in fact 50/50 owners with the user Chix. And should be liable to pay back bets as all the discords of the users. And the amounts have been stated by Capri himself. I will put a link to the Dispute folder I made under this statement.

I was owner of a gamble discord called gamble king, discord link is above ^^
I did this with a partner called chix#6647 (pepcorn), Our discord excisted for around 3 months, the deal between me and chix was, he does the bot, i do the community, and we split the profit, so we did both our job!
After 3 months chix asked me money to pay the bot, i invested €300 already in the discord and gp to pay people, and made 0 profit.
At one day someone cashed in 500m by chix and chix staked it without me knowing it. He lost everything and couldnt pay big payouts.
So chix decided to leave and take hes bot because i didn't want to pay for the bot since that was not part of the deal. Chix had powers to delete everything so he did but hes bot account and ran.

the different between you and me @Mentarley is that i pay people back doesn't matter how big the amount is, i am paying it back and everyone knows that.

I get that you are trying to take the blame off of yourself, but you still have debts owed. Please pay those. This is a dispute AGAINST you. If those individuals who were not paid by Capri want to open a dispute, so be it. You were not effected by anything that happened at GK, so this has nothing to do with your case.
