Hi, I am posting this today on behalf of elite-ranks. This should be no surprise, I often help them with Sythe related stuff. This can also be considered to be on behalf of the others Ariba copied should they want it to be.

So thankfully staff already ruled that Ariba and Magebets were stealing peoples brand and websites - That was established due to magebets being DNT'd so I don't have to re-argue that, all I have to prove is that Ariba is liable for magebets actions since they argued they are not associated. This thankfully is very simple and does not require a long report because Sythe himself has previously said this.

Proof Ariba is advertising magebets through their sythe banner;

Here are the terms when bidding on a sythe banner:

They were found to be involved in fraud, thus there goes their sythe banner, violation of the terms(Which for the record I never lost a banner because while I did get banned once, I was certainly never involved in FRAUD they actually are).

@ARIBA is fully liable for Magebets actions - He is the banner owner - Not magebets (Important) the banner essentially acts as though Ariba had posted threads on behalf of Magebets on this forum - He essentially takes liability for whatever he advertised regardless of whether he was paid or is a owner or not.

Let me give you an example here to establish precisely what I mean to staff;

I previously had involvement in 3 companies all of which were advertised on sythes top banner rotating like Ariba and Magebets which were RSGF, mmo and Osfrantic. Osfrantic I had no control over the source code or what actions the owners took on it(I couldn't stop them or anything if say they wanted to put a RAT in it), before I advertised osfrantic on sythe via the banner, I could of escaped punishment in sythes rules eyes because I couldn't control/stop it/ I had no real partnership power, however when I chose to take the risk of advertising osfrantic on sythe, I became liable for it.

Say the developers decided to put a RAT in it, I have a sythe banner, I am liable now for that RAT should sythe members report me because I purchased that advertisement which is essentially saying I personally am backing this company and its actions(Osfrantic, which thankfully we never had issues) Ariba chose to do that with their ENTIRE COMPANY AND HIS PERSONAL REPUTATION. He has advertised magebets on his site, his livechat is the same as magebets, he pays his agents to deliever gold and pick it up on behalf of magebets, he has a sythe banner tying him to magebets, he is liable for the actions of magebets.

There are past cases where Sythe & staff have said that you are liable for the contents of the banners you advertise(Which is common sense, if I advertised a banner which had a RAT contained in it but than said 'Oh I don't own the RAT I just bought it on the RAT owners behalf) than obviously I would be held liable lol, this has 0 difference, he took liability for magebets by advertising them through Sythe, all the other ways he advertises/helps them just digs his already dug grave deeper.

I told @video I was posting this and hope staff will tie Ariba together and issue a perm DNT.

We are just the service provider for magebets system.We don't own the company.

They are our business partners as everyone sees.

I have received a message about this, tuesday by elite ranks and spoke with elite ranks owner and i let them handle themselves i was okay to put magebets banner down if a mod says me i have to i will still do if its necessary.I am trying here to fix the problems we already fixed our problem with @twistedtaco

We didn't do anything bad any crime or fraud activities.If i have to remove magebets banner i will refund his money and remove the banner now.

You involved yourself in the ripping of content, brands and helped your "business partner" which you just confirmed make money.

You advertised their business on this forum, you took liability for that companys actions when you chose to do that.

Welcome to real business and the real world, don't advertise brands and companies that you don't have confidence in, there's a reason gold site owners don't split banner advertising costs for a reason.

I mean it's just common sense, staff typically have common sense, by sythe rulings and the fact you advertised them on a giant $3000 banner and they ended up being DNT'd for fraud, your just as liable, that's common sense, you advertised them, you own the banner, your liable.

You are toast as far as I'm concerned, its up to staff now.

I'm the sole owner of Magebets & Ariba was just helping out with deposits and withdrawals.
They have no clue how our operation is set up, all they do is take care of the deposits and withdrawals.

So regarding me, as I have previously stated:
You don't have rights for the brand 'Dragondyce' which means everyone is allowed to use it.

Obviously you wouldn't have rights because you're running
1. An illegal gambling operation
2. Accepting/encouraging underage people to gamble
3. Have no gambling license
4. Have no company registered (Illegal entrepreneurial activity)
5. Accepting users from countries where online gambling is illegal
6. Tax evasion (if you declared you made money from running an online casino, you'd be admitting to breaking rule 5 4 3 2 and 1)

I am condensing evidence and deleting posts to shorten this report, it was heading towards three pages deep vs the 1 it should of been due to all the bullshit on it.

Also if it was not obvious enough Ariba has been frequently lying, he's using zopim and has a referral system, zopim tells you where every visitor is coming from and so would his referral system, if it isn't blatantly obvious he's been lying theres another point for you lol. You can see every single visitor and he'd see exactly where they came from.
