Ariba Gold and Magebets Impostering me is allowed?

i get messaged from a member of ours, with this information


Then i go to the website on my vps, and i click on their discord link which takes me to Magebets , and i know aribagold and magebets partnered up while back.

then i messaged Ariba and asked him about it, he admitted it and stated this is not impostering, even though he's using our name and the site description says its dragondyce,






another issue is that i use to advertise our site banner on aribagold's website, so people know we were affiliated at one point, so this makes people think that dragon-dyce is our website, im sure he is promoting it to gold buyers on his website.

magebets.com and dragon-dyce.com/dice are mirrors of eachother except the logo lol

same users on both sites, so they are linked

and they were messaging people on my discord their fake dragon-dyce site, making people think its us

now he's trying to deny that its his website, even though he said it was 10minutes ago, now that i reported him

and aribagold and magebets have sythe banners , they are messaging our members on discord and making people think dragon-dyce is our site, and i use to advertise on aribagolds site and brought him many customers, this is disgusting.

This dude is not listening me in anyway.I tried to explain to him aswell.He is not listening and just mad.

Most of people already knows we are not the owner of Magebets.com

We are just doing service for them.My agent meant this is our site as it means we look for all the livechat of magebets withdrawls/deposits.

We do the same service for someone else aswell for $ magebets are not the only one. Most people on sythe knows it already.

if u make an account on magebets then try to make one on their fake dragon-dyce site with same email, it says already in use, meaning databases for both sites are linked.

ariba admitted all this now is backtracking, i posted all the proof, this is crazy, they are partnered up they have been for months.

If you have any copyrights for your brand, please forward them to me & we will close the website, otherwise, there is nothing stopping me from using the name 'dragon dyce'.

You're running an illegal gambling operation with no gambling license, most likely you don't even have a company registered and you're breaking the rules of Runescape by engaging in RWT, probably not declaring your dragondyce income to the taxman, taking money from underage people for gambling and you're complaining that someone else is has a website with a similar name that you don't have copyrighted?

We are just growing our google ranking and some people might be clicking on our site instead of yours but we are not impostering you, we don't claim to be you, we don't advertise 'dragon-dyce.com' in your discord or anything. All we do is take some of the google traffic.

they are now focused on getting Ariba removed from this sythe scam report, because if magebets gets banned on sythe they can still advertise on Ariba's sythe cuz its more trusted, they are partners and have been for many months, this is disgusting

I tried to explain to you first but not going to show you any proof or anything you are not the one who we will deal with from now on.

'can you check dragondyce is saying something' so your saying someone else was using your discord, and they are the one who told me that the fake dragon-dyce site is yours, and it was not your who said it, so not only do u share your discord now they answer for you as well and they told me that yes your owner of the fake site or a partner in it, ???
