These evidences you bring are bs.

I didn't even know there were a site like runescape-gambling and a button of my site
You can ask graham if we had any deals like this.
He might wanted to help us but i never asked for such thing.

Magebets will of course have acess to my livechat (They can't acess rn) because they wanted to check the deposits/withdrawl chats to approve how my agents are acting friendly/rude etc that's why i have to give that acess.

I am not the one who works on livechat i might have worked just a few days over a year now. I have 15 different agents that's helping me.

They are already focused on their job we're getting 400chats+/day which is 16+/hr they say they didn't even know such sites.

All the chats we received there is withdrawl/deposits on these sites.

TwistedTaco didn't even know these sites until he received a message from one of his members.Like me.

However if you wanna know what was my reaction after knowing these fake sites here you go :

    Screenshot - 2ca4fa6ab5c1a690ff4dc275327acfd6 - Gyazo

    Also just to add here.

We are NO LONGER providing withdraw/deposits for magebets until everything is clear we are ready to cut our ties if its against sythe rules that we are providing service for them i have spoken with the owner of magebets about it aswell.

I am not lieing of anything i am here to cooperate with mods aswell.
Everyone in this market knows how helpfull i am when it comes to business or other things.
    Just ask around about me.

    Regards,
    ARIBA

    re·ac·tive
    rēˈaktiv/
    adjective
    adjective: reactive
    1. showing a response to a stimulus.
      "pupils are reactive to light"
      • acting in response to a situation rather than creating or controlling it.
    pro·ac·tive
    prōˈaktiv/
    adjective
    adjective: proactive; adjective: pro-active
    1. (of a person, policy, or action) creating or controlling a situation by causing something to happen rather than responding to it after it has happened.
Nobody cares that you reacted after getting caught, its the same way a scammer who attempts to scamquit a lot and fails try's to refund peoples money to act like they were not scamming. I provided you the definition of proactive vs reactive just for you so that you might understand.

You had a REACTIVE reaction to being caught and linked to a fraudulent website, that's not how business works, in business you are suppose to be having proactive reactions meaning you attempt to head problems off before they happen, you anticipate what could cause your business trouble, and you don't do it, you chose to do it, you'll pay the price.

Also if you keep providing these scraps and bits of conversation I am going to file a second report on you, I've seen the full conversations that you are continuously cropping and trying to use as evidence - It's not going to work bud and the fact you keep trying to fool staff with these super cropped bits of conversation is just going to get you a worse punishment. I'd suggest either providing full unedited chat logs(Like I have been) or don't provide anything at all, it makes you look like your censoring evidence, you've did it TWICE so far to make yourself look favorable when the rest of the conversation is the complete opposite.

Doesnt matter if Ariba knew it was a scam or not. He advertised it and provided live chat agents for it. He's just as responsible as everyone else involved. Stupidity shouldnt be a scapegoat for allowing tons of users to be scammed. As the owner and operator he needs to understand there's consequences to being an ape. If we allow such blatant scamming/ignorance to be allowed everyone will claim it. Set a precedent and protect your community. This cannot be a slap on the wrist. There's 2 much evidence...

what bothers me with all this is, i was sending my members to his site to buy/sell gold i had no clue that he was this careless with his business thats if he wasnt involved, for example i would never ever ever have my livechats on sites without knowing about it, no way, its just sad tbh. Magebets had access to his livechat dashboard he could of been sending all our members who went there to buy/sell gp to the fake site, i had quite a few of my members on that site , the ones i was able to contact had no idea.

@ARIBA was unaware of the impostering behavior going on and when he did become aware of it, he requested their advertisement be removed from his banner. I would say he made a good effort to rectify the situation and I can't find him liable for their actions as these are separate enterprises.

While they may have partnered together in some areas, the impostering was not conducted by Ariba. I also would not constitute this as fraud as intended by the banner terms. That covers more like actual scamming and illegal activities.

This is a good time to remind anyone who purchases a banner on sythe to please exercise diligence when allowing another user/business to advertise in your banner
