I am very cynical in the way that I believe every individual human doesn't matter. The world is over populated as-is, 7 billion people, how many of them actually matter? Millions of people die everyday (Maybe just thousands, idk) and life goes on, people are forgotten and replaced in society. If someone wants to commit suicide then why stop them? I'm sure we've all experienced being forced into something that we do not want to do, so being pushed to continue living when you really don't want to cannot be enjoyable. We don't even know what happens after death, maybe its better than living in our current lives.
Of course it will effect the people close to them, but everyone dies at some point, they could just as easily get hit by a bus than commit suicide, everyone would get over it eventually.
