    The technique they describe is actually used to go into sleep paralysis, a.k.a. old hag syndrome. I'd recommend that anyone who wants to try this, do a bit more research.

    I don't recall ever having a lucid dream but I have sleep paralysis regularly involuntarily. Shit fucking sucks

    I always get it after smoking White Widow, my body is incapable of moving whilst my eyesight and mouth are working fine. barely to no hallucinations though.

    Bubblegum fucks up my right-left brain halves. They no longer cooperate with each other. This leads to my eyesight being real 'foggy'. My eyes can no longer see dept and my body is moving 'shocky'
