Staff Feedback

Aw, don't listen to them.
I have seen you do your fair share of posting + work.

 

This is the staff feedback. You're suppose to take criticism. I simply said I don't see her do much.

 

Most people realize the admins do a ton of behind the scenes work, it's inherent to the position. I think the concern and negative feedback come from admins not being very active in the community. Sythe and Matthew have unique jobs, and people realize the site wouldnt run without them. However, people expect more non-staff oriented posts out of the other three admins. In the past, these admins have always been very active, sometimes verging on postwhores. Today, Finn is an extremely active community member and a great personality to have in the community. However, Verts and SMR are less community oriented and i think this is why members often say you are inactive. Verts has recently increased her community activity, however, which has definitely been a step in the right direction.

 

CSkiffingt1 - I personally like your attitude, the way you deal with bans, people not reading the stickies, etc. You're an all around great asset to Sythe.
Farcast - I see you frequently in my favorite sections, keep up the good work!
Louis -Barely seen you, probably since you were just reinstated.
Pokemoners -Haven't seen you too much.
Sengira -Used to see a lot more of you.
RsProd -I was a little sad to see that, after your promotion, you didn't frequent the same areas as you used to (Runescape Forum, specifically). Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough
Wulfspade1 -See you a lot, good job cleaning up your section.


Clashfan -Don't see you as much as I used to, really only in the Dispute Forum nowadays.
Dalpra -I have only seen you once, and that was in your MM thread. Are you really a Global?
FireZ -My favorite mod. I love the way you get rid of the trash that's trying to infect our community.
Giddy -You're hardly on anymore. Why is that?
Karl -I come across you occasionally, but not as much as Farcast and CSkiffingt1.
n4n0 -I see you a lot, you seem to be keeping a lot of things in order.
Nick -Second favorite Global. You keep a lot of things working, but specifically donations.
Plznate -ZOMG I forgot about Nate. Ok, you tie with Nick


Finn -Finn is definitely my favorite admin, mostly because he's really the only one I see out in the community. He's very social, and I get a kick out of his sense of humor. I do think you overreacted on the Spyike thing though (if that was your doing; if not, forget I said this).
Matthew -Great job on Donations. I got my rank within like 8 hours of donating. Very speedy work.
SMR -I used to see you a lot more. It's good to see you occasionally though! Keep up the good work.
Sythe -Our fearless leader. I appreciate the steps you've taken to fix the Spyike situation. I also haven't seen as many 503 errors recently, don't know if that's your doing or not
Verts-I see you occasionally on the site, I find your posts funny. Thought I don't know exactly what you do here, it appears from the above posts that you do it well!

Nick: think you are the ONLY person (outside of Sythe/Matt) who has been a mod for my ENTIRE tenure on Sythe. Thanks for your contributions

 

Nick, you were a really good moderator. I'm sorry to see you leave, good luck with real life (and the military?).

 

Very sorry to see you leave mate. You were one of the best globals. Have fun irl and i hope you come back.

CSkiffingt1 - I like the way you go above and beyond your regular market mod duties to assist the staff. Keep up the great work.
Farcast - Don't know you too well, however, I do appreciate your insightful input in staff discussions.
Louis - Good moderator; glad to have you back.
Pokemoners - Same as Farcast, not too familiar with you, but your input on staff discussions is very insightful.
RsProd - Very impressed with you. Keep up the great work.
Sacro - Welcome back; please be more communicative in the future - you'd not have been demoted recently if you'd notified staff about your inactivity.
Sengira - Nothing to complain about, nothing spectacular from you either.
Wulfspade1 - Welcome to the team! Have to get to know you a bit before I can rate you, unfortunately. No complaints so far; that's a good thing I guess.

Finn - Excellent as ever.
Matthew - Bit less active lately, still gets his duties done though
SMR -
Sythe - Excellent work dealing with the recent... stuff.
Verts - Very impressed with you lately. Keep up the great work.

Clashfan - Activity could be better. Doing good, though.
Dalpra - No complaints.
FireZ - Excellent moderator, very dedicated; glad to have you.
Giddy - Seems like I don't see you as much lately. Understandable, given that your grandfather has cancer. Hope everything works out for you and your family.
Karl - Nice job in Report a Spammer.
n4n0 - Great job, like CSkiffingt1, I like that you take initiative to get stuff done.
Plznate - Great guy all around. No complaints.

 

There are 4 pages of scammer reports, all which are unnoticed by the staff. Is it not the global moderator's job to keep them cleaned up and making sure that our community (within the market) is safe? Slacking guys...

Globals, from what I can see with reports, disputes, and other things, FireZ and Karl are the only people who gets these things done. The other Globals need to pick it up.

 

Wulfspade- AWESOME in the off topic section, he's always there to close threads when they've been answered in record time. Good job

 

Honestly, Karl and FireZ are like the only active globals...

 

Dalpra- I have never really seen much of you. I don't really notice you posting or moderating. I would assume you do stuff behind the scenes more. Although it would be nice to see you a little bit active. Its been more than 2 days since you were last online too, not that long but still. Some more activity would be nice to see

Amazing job FireZ is doing, he just knocked out 5 pages of scam reports and is doing a fantastic job keeping this site clean.
