No problem, you do have a point though. Some of my responses have been a little out of control every once in awhile. Your nowhere near the first person to say this.

I will admit sometimes I do get irritated and the majority of disputes are a waste of time.

Farcast -Good with the spam reports, overall good.
Pokemoners - Recently, activity spiked. Good with spam reports
Sacro - Have not seen him online, in ages?
Sengira - Good with the spam reports, overall good.
RsProd - Very nice addition to staff. Good work with spam reports.
Wulfspade1 - Just appointed, cannot make an approximately anaylsis of his work. Haven't seen much from him as of yet.

Clashfan - Great work so far, with the appeals.
Dalpra - Reasonable.
FireZ - Man. You are beast. One of the best global moderators.
Giddy - Activity dropped
Karl - Great! Very responsive
n4n0 - Great global moderator! Helpful, does scam reports in time
Nick - Sexy as global moderator. Does my donations fast, good work from him aswell

Two things that I have noticed:
- Scam reports (3-4 day old threads-Not being taken a look at)
- High Pardon, Ban appeals/TwC appeals (Please take your time and make an appropriate decision)

These two are pretty big. Rather than closing threads, bumping your own threads, we all would appreciate if the scam reports and appeals can be taken care of first. If no one takes a look at scam reports, the scammers will take advantage over that, and scam more. ​

 

Its not even an issue with just you, its more of a general site attitude towards banning. While I as much as anyone vehemently hate scammers, a ban is a serious thing. I think the attitude against scammers drives you and other mods to work insanely hard. However, while combined with the countless scammers, vaders, and douchebags you and the others deal with all day, that attitude can lead you and the other mods into responses that lead the community to question your professionalism and to wonder if you are abusing your power.

In example, if someone writes a really long and well written dispute, yet you know they are a serial scammer, maybe post "Denied, you're X, Y, and Z and have scammed D dollars" instead of "Get out". For you, both serve the same purpose as you know you are right, but for the community, one displays professionalism while the other a possible abuse of power.

Otherwise, keep up the great work. Not sure if the team could handle the scam reports without you. If you want my help sorting through the ones without proof, PM me.

 

Considering i've never missed a mod log deadline, i have done scam reports and handled disputes. My activity was behind because i....
A) Had exams, graduation practices, trying to send out college transcripts, while balancing a 40 hour work week.
B) A ELR(Extreme Long Range) rifle tournament in North Carolina for 4 days, which from my house means a 6 day trip.
C) Working a 66 hour work week post-graduation, because a member of our staff quit, and i had to cover while another life guard got certified.

I had no intention of neglecting my duties, and in fact thought i could manage everything put together, but what seemed like a little, quickly added up to more than i could handle, to the point where i never posted a going away message. None of my absence was premeditated, just terrible coincidence on my part. I appreciate your concern, and i will address it given a chance, but please do not act as if i have never modded a single thing in my time. At one point, i remember sharing the runescape section with just 1 other mod, whilst doing scam reports daily. Others will tell you that when i do reports, you can look at pages, sometimes 5 pages or more, of just me.

RsProd - The quickest at scam/spam reports. Amazing addition to staff.

Farcast - Also deals with bulk spam reports. Legend.

On another note, i agree with Ulti that disputes/high pardons should be looked at quicker.

Besides that, whole team is doing good.. Keep it up

Second this. Sythe has stepped up in a time of confusion and shown his true colors as a leader by maintaining rational thought throughout a sticky situation.

 

Firez just wiped out 2 pages of scammer reports, goodjob buddy.

 

RsProd-Cleaned out the market reports. Honestly I think you're the most active and dedicated spam report mod I've seen in my 4 years here. Keep up the good work and don't stop when you get global
