    FireZ and other globals who do a lot of disputes:

    I'd like to see some more time taken to answer the disputes that are from new members regarding registration errors or other things. These new members are coming to us for help, and offering short, quick responses can seem intimidating. They surely do not yet know the volume of disputes that you deal with each day, so a rushed response only says to them that they are unimportant.

    For an example, see this dispute, although I do not mean to only put JT under the bus. I'd personally like to see the responses offer help; in this instance, stating the policy of no name change, but offering the alternative of making a new account using a proxy. The extra few seconds can mean the difference between someone staying with Sythe in the longhaul or leaving to one of the many other black markets that has popped up in recent months.

    FireZ, I find it excellent that you are taking constructive criticism and making yourself an even better global mod, which I find hard to do at this point.

    FireZ - You go through an unthinkable amount of disputes and scam reports in a day, and are practically carrying this portion of moderating. I admire that you go out of your way to catch vaders and scammers, coming up with clever ways and ideas of doing so. This site is so much safer having you here :)

    Plznate - You also are very much involved in disputes and do a great job catching those who are not genuine. Well done.

    RsProd - You answer spam reports almost immediately, and pm's very quickly and kindly. You're always the epitome of a professional, patient, and kind moderator - making sure that people are satisfied with your service. Great job! :love:

    SMR - YOU ARE AWESOME. TY FOR FIXING MY LINK ISSUE. ILY.

    Finn - I enjoy seeing that you're actively participating in the community; it is refreshing and strengthens the community by having an Admin active in the general discussions.

    Verts - You've been more active lately on IRC and a bit on forums. Good job.

    Farcast - You do a good job answering spam reports quickly, thanks :)

    Pokemoners - You've also been answering spam reports well. :)

    EDIT: How can I forget Karl! Very active and involved global, does a great job overall. :) Answered my questions on IRC promptly and clearly :love:

    Verts: Alot more active in general in the forum. Seeing her do heaps of community posting. Eg: Answering general questions.

    Louis: Been dealing with heaps of spam reports. Very quick to answering PM's. Great job!

    FireZ: Overall just doing a good job in everything.

    Finn: Good to see him participate in the community in general discussions.

    To all staff:
    It always bothered me that peoples' pardons would be denied because not enough support is gathered. It should be all of your duties to have a look in the dispute forum and have your say in it. You guys should work on that, only a handful of staff goes in there frequently.

    If you see a mod Support the thread, then it means that we'd like to see it go to a vote.. if we say we abstain or we dont post, then it means we dont care if it goes to a vote.. If we post saying we do not support the thread, then we dont want them unbanned.

    Had four staff members post, that's VERY little out of the staff team, all i'm saying is that staff should say their opinion or if they need time just try to extend it.

    Fairly new to Sythe, but not new to forums/forum rules etc. I don't know much of the staff and the only person I talked to once was FireZ and he responds to messages kindly, and he's always active.

    I'm not sure on everyone else, there's other Globals and RSMods I see that are active.

    I agree, although I only agree in certain instances. In the present instance with a low-numbered staff, getting 5 votes is relatively hard. When I was made mod and there were like 13 sectionals, getting 5 votes was relatively very easy. I've always thought it needed to be a percentage thing... >_<

    I agree with this. A percentage should work best. Are staff required to read every dispute anyway?

    It is optional. This was intended to serve as someone's reputation being very important for them being pardoned, rather than their wordsmithing and ability to create a good enough "apology". It has its noble intentions, but I think the sad fact is that only 5-7 of you are active daily; getting the required five people just to see a vote, not even take direct action has become much more unreasonable than it was in February or March, seeing as it is basically a unanimous decision at that point.

    Been seeing a lot of people saying that the moderators need to pick up the slack on scammer reports but I think people are being really unfair with that accusation. If you look at the reports, there is one made every hour or so at cetain times and disputes are really tough to judge, read, and completely understand. So props to those who do take all that time out to do the disputes and to those who are able to keep their composure despite people posting scammer threads with absolutely no evidence and taking up space.
    Not enough credit given, and although I do agree there aren't as many mods on the scammer reports as I would like to see, that's not up to me and there are so many forum sections to cover as well as maintenance.
    +1 :) It's kind of sucking up but I personally get annoyed with people saying you guys don't work hard enough on scammer reports.

    RsProd- Extremely active and very involved in the upkeep of the forum, as seen by his almost instantaneous response to spam/scam reports. Bonus for being friendly.

    FireZ- You are an ass-et to this forum.
