Well i got my other main account banned the other day due to botting (not phased was only like level 85) so i am looking for an upgrade. I will consider lower than 100 accounts maybe. My budget will be $20-50 maybe more for something great. I am in no rush so i will be waiting for an account that really, REALLY gets my attention.

An MM will be used unless you go first. The MM will run checks on the account and we request that you provide all answers relevant to a password reset. Which will be attempted PRIOR to payment being made. I.e. i will have an OMM attempt recovery of the account to ensure that i am provided with the full details required to recover incase you scam me and recover yourself.
