Buying Maxed Runescape Account

[Illegal Socks]

I'm looking to buy a maxed runescape account that either has a max cape or is close to the requirements for one. As I've bought accounts in the past that have been recovered I will be taking every measure possible to ensure a safe transaction. You MUST have every single possible detail required to 100% recover the account. This includes messaging jagex notifying them that you are moving to my location in order to explain the change in ISP/IP.

The transaction will either be held through PA or via an OMM (fees will be deducted from price). I am paying via paypal. I will not budge on these requirements. I am in no rush to purchase an account and will be seeking the best offer I can possibly get. Thanks guys and have a great day!

I am and have been trying to sell an account taking these exact safety precautions. People call me fishy because of the requirements I have when buying my account, finally a person who sees things my way.

Could PM me your skype, I've got a maxed account for sale.
