WTB Near Maxed Main

[Tishri]

Hi everyone,
I am looking to buy an account

I have a few requirements/requests:
- please be the original owner sot hat we can do a recovery test.
- I would prefer it if the account had a low divination/invention level.
- the higher the stats overall, the more likely I will be to purchase the account.
- PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have vouches

I don't really have a price limit, I am just looking for someone who is legitimate, etc.

I can pay with PayPal, gp, etc.

Thanks
