Will Cutler be traded?

With the benching of Jay Cutler do you believe he will be traded? If so who do you think would be willing to gamble on his contract?

Honestly who would take him? As a Jets fan, I understand the importance of a premier QB but he isn't one. I say tank, ride out his contract and rebuild from the draft. I want my Jets to do this yet they persistently believe we can pull a Saints Drew Brees type of trade and build off free agency. This is extremely rare and to win in this league you need an elite QB.

With his giant contract I don't see him getting picked up til he makes it to free agency where a team will snap him up for a cheaper contract. He's decent depth if not a starter and will stay in the NFL for some time yet.

The Bills would gladly take Cutler.

And I think he'd do well there too.

He has stellar weapons, I don't get why he can't be successful. Lovie was never the problem.

He's a poor decision maker, that's pretty much all there is to it. He is also almost incapable of beating the Packers.

Time for the Bears to ship him.

People don't understand how bad the defense is. If the defense was good maybe they'd be able to have a balanced attack.

This I agree with. Cutler doesn't have to be shipped if they fix the defense (Why I think the Bills would = good fit for Cutler).

However, I still think he has this mental block against the Packers. The interceptions he throws to the Packers CB'S are just like "did he do that on purpose?" they're that bad.

I don't think they have much of a shot in improving the defense while Cutler is still there however due to how large his contract is. He is the highest paid offensive player in the league. With them benching him it shows they're moving on imo.

He'll definitely get traded to the jets/bills/texans/bucs/rams. not only do the bear's defense suck but their offensive line is horrible.

he has so many good weapons, 2 pro bowl wrs, a good te, a good rb, a competent qb can do better despite the other problems.

but some of the ints is just trying to out score the opponent z.z
but i think they should cut ties, trade/cut [no one may want his contract] and rebuild their defense because thats bears football/reason why seattle won last year and is starting to show again lately

Defense winning championships is nothing new, look at the Patriots during their super bowl years as opposed to the last couple of years.

I think the Bears will clean house, Fire Trestman, Kromer, Tucker and Trade Cutler. Than I would but some money into that defense and get more of a game managing quarterback.

Why do you guys all think Cutler will be traded when he's not shown anything resembling trade value of late and has the highest paid contract on offense in the NFL? It's not happening.
