If something is illegal due to religion or any other bullshit that has human influence, such as prostitution, abortion, specific drugs, gay marriage.....how can it be illegal for reasons like that when government isn't even given the right to make decisions for the larger being because they aren't given the power by the constitution or any other legal document?
Why can't everything illegal due to human influence from religion and other things be legalized and if someone is against it, than to not do it. But, if someone is for it, than they're allowed to do it?
Such as abortion. If a religion is against it, they don't follow in steps of abortion. But, if someone is for it, they're allowed to do it without being worried about the law coming for them because they chose to do something to their own body?
Do you believe the law should work like this against cases that are illegal by reasonings like those?
